In the fishing village of Fuzeta (Olhão), in the middle of Ria Formosa Natural Park, stands the private condominium Del Mar Village.
Situated on the seafront, in a unique territory throughout the Algarve, this development is characterized by a large garden with 7.000 m², swimming pools for adults and children and spacious living areas, large glazing and large balconies designed to give residents a Spectacular views of the lush garden, infinity pools, Ria Formosa lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Armona.

In this environmentally rated development, located in one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal we have available for vacation rental an excellent PENTHOUSE with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room and Terrace with 22 m².

Our south-facing Penthouse features air conditioning in every room and spectacular 180 ° views from the suite and living area.

With a higher level of equipment in all areas, our Penthouse also has lift access from the garage. It is composed of entrance hall, suite, bedroom, 2nd bathroom and a living area with an open plan kitchen with dining area and a relaxation / entertainment area.

Both the suite and the living area have direct access to the 22 m² south-facing terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers and with spectacular 180 ° views of the lush garden, infinity pools, Ria Formosa lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Armona. There is no more perfect place to hang out, having a cocktail or an “al fresco” meal on Algarve nights!

Quiet peaceful location

The photos say it all, excellent apartment, fantastic balcony views with sun and cool breeze. Apartment has all you need for your stay. We were met by Sonia who was very helpful showed us around the apartment and it's facilities, she also came out on Saturday evening to fix a small problem with the TV.. The basement garage is a bonus if you have a car. There is a huge array of satellite TV programs including UK Sky Sports. a bonus for me. Comfortable 5 minute walk to restaurants and village centre. Train station 2 min walk away which we made use of to visit Faro and Tavira.

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber und wie ansonsten beschrieben. Das Bett dürfte etwas breiter sein. Dafür war die Matratze aber sehr gut und bequem.

Urlaubsdomizil schlecht verwaltet

Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Diese Wohnung jedoch war schlecht gepflegt, unsauber, Schimmelbildung im größeren Bad, sichtbar Spinnweben an Schranksockeln und Zimmerecken, Türen lassen sich nicht schließen, Beleuchtung teilweise defekt, Kaffeemaschine (Pads) und Toaster defekt, billiges Kochgeschirr und viele Kleinigkeiten mehr. Beim Einzug fehlten für zwei Betten das Bettzeug und ausreichend Handtücher. Das kleine Schlafzimmer zur Straße 210 x 320 cm ist für Erwachsene viel zu klein. Die Betten stehen rechts und links an der Längswand mit einem Zwischenraum von 38 cm. Im angrenzenden Bad ist die Tür zur Dusche - für etwas korpulentere Personen - zu klein. Im Hauptbad war die Toilette nach zwei Tagen verstopft und lief über. Die Wohnung ist einfach ungepflegt und schlecht gemanagt. Wir haben daraufhin auch andere Wohnungen in der Anlage besichtigt und mussten staunen, welche Unterschiede es gibt. Die Anlage muss etwa 9 Jahre alt sein doch einige Wohnungen sind wie neu. Resultat: Keine war so schlecht gepflegt wie unsere. Wir haben eben Pech gehabt. Sonst war der Urlaub sehr schön !

Wake up to the ocean…

It was picture perfect in every way. Very relaxing, stunning views and away from the main strip. Far and close enough to all your needs and to nearby cities. Across the ria Formosa is ilha de FUSETA which is one of the better beaches in the area. Clean sand and not too much seaweed in the ocean. Other areas are not as fortunate. Lots of great restaurants nearby so you are not without choice.

Unbeschreiblich schön

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit Ausstattungsdetails, die einen Urlaub angenehm machen. Kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants in der Nähe. Oft blieb das Mietauto in der Tiefgarage, weil alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Fähre zur Badeinsel fährt nur in der Hauptsaison, aber es gibt Taxiboote. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht von der Wohnung bzw. der Dachterrasse auf die Lagune. Sonst merkt man Ebbe und Flut daran, dass ein Strand mal schmaler oder mal breiter ist. Hier ändert sich alle paar Stunden die Landachaft. Mit der Ebbe kommen die Muschelsammler. Auch die Vogelwelt kann man von diesem Logenplatz hervorragend beobachten und mit der Dunkelheit setzt das Quakkonzert der Frösche ein. Wir haben nach vielen Urlauben in Portugal für uns Fuseta entdeckt.

Very comfortable property, ideal location with everything you need (yes, including a teapot) The views are 180 East to West, sunrise to the Ria Formosa, bewildering birdlife to watch through the binoculars / telescope supplied. Fabulous fresh fish at a wide range of local restaurants, all are very good - even the ones that look a bit touristy are actually honest and well run eateries with great quality Fare. Check in and out was super smooth, Sonia (owners rep) was very pleasant and a mine of info - we wanted for nothing all week, local shops covered all our needs (the welcome book is a must read). The property is showing some signs of wear & tear in the odd place, but nothing detracted from the overall experience - efficient A/C, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen - perfect! We’ll return in 2022 and stay for longer!

Great view - great apartment

During our 4 week stay we enjoyed this wonderful apartment a lot. It has everything that you wish: nice furnishing, comfortable beds, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view to watch the tides and the birds. Thank you, Miguel. We, for sure, like to come back.

A view to paradise

very nice apartment with every facility, even binoculars and telescope to appreciate the movement of boats and birds in the Ria Formosa!! All comfort, really worthwhile! Indoor parking and bicycles included! The location is amazing for bicycle ridings and strolls.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben die 10 Tage in dem Appartement genossen. Es bietet wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick und der Ort ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Garagenstellplatz, Fahrräder, voll ausgestattete Küche..... Kein Problem mit später Einweisung in das Appartement wegen später Landung des Flugzeugs. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Très bon accueil sur place Immeuble de grand standing face à Ria Formosa et à la mer. Le village de Fuseta est resté nature et bénéficie de nombreux restaurants au rapport qualité prix inégalable Les photos et descriptifs sont conformes , la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Le penthouse est l'un des mieux situés car sans voisinage coté droit, il bénéficie sur sa terrasse du soleil en fin de journée Les literies sont confortables , le matériel de cuisine est complet, les appareils TV Hifi de bonne qualité Bien sur, 2 vélos à disposition, 4 matelas pour les transats de la superbe piscine et même des fauteuils de plage sont disponibles Véritablement une location d'exception à consommer sans modération. Pour notre part, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

IN ONE WORD: WONDERFUL

We had a wonderful time and lived 4 months in The Best Place with fantastic views and important we slept in the BEST BED we ever slept in. Superb bed believe us! Miguel, the Owner, wants the best for you and I should recommend this place to everyone who loves luxury. We cannot inform people about Fuseta as we went all over The Algarve. If you don't try, you don't know.

Mais umas férias excelentes

Impressionados pelas belas férias que passámos em julho, regressámos para mais alguns dias em agosto. Como sempre, valeu a pena. Fomos recebidos numa casa muito limpa e arrumada, com tudo o que era necessário para nos proporcionar uns dias bem passados. Desta vez (como sempre) o tempo ajudou, o que propiciou várias idas à praia e à excelente piscina do jardim. Recomendo esta casa para qualquer tipo de férias que se pretendam ter qualidade e onde se pretenda sentir-se...muito bem.

Semana maravilhosa

Acabados de regressar a casa e já com (muitas) saudades da semana fantástica que passamos nesta magnifica casa. Como dizem os "estranjeiros": Five out of five starts. Irrepreensivel... O conforto, a limpeza, a decoração clean (desculpem outro estranjeirismo) pronta para agradar a toda a gente, o aspecto tech - wifi, multimedia, lcd's, etc... e a vista... aquela vista, sobre a Ria, com a luz a mudar hora após hora, que de um ponto de vista poético nos inunda os olhos com uma beleza incomparavel (sim, tirei cerca de 2 mil fotos). Se recomendo? Absolutamente, a toda a gente! Para terminar, um abraço para o Miguel e um beijinho para a Lia por toda a simpatia e disponibilidade. Para o ano lá estaremos. Luis, Vera e Matilde.

Espectacular!

Passámos aqui uma semana de sonho em Setembro, com a nossa filhota de 11 anos. O apartamento é amplo, tem todas as 'comodities' necessárias, e situa-se numa zona lindíssima, dentro de um condomínio bastante seguro, sossegado e bem cuidado. A vista que se desfruta é fabulosa (as fotos que vemos no anúncio não lhe fazem inteira justiça), e só a custo vencemos a inércia de ficar ali por casa ou pela piscina a contemplá-la... A vizinhança é pacata e simpática, e o mesmo se pode dizer de toda a vila da Fuzeta em geral, dos seus cafés, lojas, artesanato e restaurantes. O acesso à praia (bastante espaçosa e limpa) é feito num pequeno ferry, numa viagem que dura menos de 5 minutos.O carro só saiu da garagem para irmos até aos campos de golf da Quinta do Lago ... e para regressar a casa. Quem aprecie multidões e espaços de animação nocturna (ou diurna) deverá rumar a outras paragens, pois não encontrará nada disso por aqui. Felizmente, este apartamento e a vila em que se insere nada têm que ver com aquele algarve "típico", cheio de gente, confusões e barulho. Gostaríamos de viver num sítio assim, quando um dia nos reformarmos: e talvez este seja, em definitivo, o melhor e mais merecido elogio que poderíamos fazer a este local maravilhoso. Cinco estrelas, sem qualquer espécie de dúvida, e uma relação qualidade/preço imbatível. Contamos voltar para o ano!
