VILLA CAP FERRET
Charming villa full-center of the village of Cap-Ferret with EXCEPTIONAL location. Sea 200m (Mimbeau beach, petanque and fishing village with its magnificent tasting cabins) and Cap-Ferret lighthouse at 50m. The villa has the great advantage of being within walking distance of the market, shops, landing stage and the ocean. You will no longer use the car of your stay!

The renovated quality villa offers a total of 6 bedroom. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine (x2 double beds, x2 with 2 separate beds), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully fitted kitchen and large living / dining room with fireplace opening onto terrace with garden and heated pool.
In addition, a guest house completely independent includes 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, WC (1 with bunk beds), ideal for couples with children.

The exterior is equipped with a very pleasant terrace, as well as a heated swimming pool and a small garden with plancha.
Closed parking for 2 cars.

Such a great location, and house. While being in the center of the town, and a stone throw away from the beach, the spacious house is like a peaceful oasis. Covered by vegetation with a pool in the center, it's is extremely peaceful. Everything is there and at disposition to make the trip more enjoyable; bikes, wifi... Also, the communication with the owner was easy and enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality! Eric

Très belle maison au Centre du Ferret

Agréable maison en plein centre du Ferret, proche du marché et des magasins. Chambres ok mais les pièces de vie (salle à manger et salon) sont un peu petites pour accommoder 10 voyageurs. Hôte charmante et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré quelques petits soucis de maintenance mais qui ont été réglés très rapidement.

Superbe maison très bien située au centre du village du ferret et très bien exposée. Proprietaire et dame de confiance adorables. A 5mn à pieds du bassin et à 10 mn à vélo de la plage de l’horizon. Un très agréable séjour dans une maison très bien conçue et très accueillante. Super séjour

Charmante maison très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un excellent séjour. La localisation est idéale, à la fois au calme et proche de tout. Un plus: la piscine est chauffée. N’hésitez pas à la louer!

Très bon moment au coeur du Cap Ferret

Excellent séjour en famille à 11 au centre du Cap Ferret : la maison est très très bien placée (proche du marché, de la plage, du Phare, des commerces…) et très fonctionnelle dans un esprit "famille et vacances" authentique. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se délasser avant ou après la baignade dans le bassin. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été courtois et la jeune fille qui gère l'accueil est extrêmement sympathique. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement la souplesse et la zénitude des propriétaires!
