The villa has the great advantage of being within walking distance of the market, shops, landing stage and the ocean. You will no longer use the car of your stay!
The renovated quality villa offers a total of 6 bedroom. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine (x2 double beds, x2 with 2 separate beds), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully fitted kitchen and large living / dining room with fireplace opening onto terrace with garden and heated pool.
In addition, a guest house completely independent includes 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, WC (1 with bunk beds), ideal for couples with children.
The exterior is equipped with a very pleasant terrace, as well as a heated swimming pool and a small garden with plancha.
Closed parking for 2 cars.
