Unique Western Flair, Close to EXTRACO, SILOS, Shopping, EATERIES, 3min LAKE!

Close to Silos and Magnolia Table,3 minutes from Lake Waco and close to so much more! This home has been beautifully redone to open up and recreate lighter atmosphere and seating area, with a unique western flair that will attract any gunslinger or just any common folk guests! There is no need to bring your pistols though, the neighborhood is nice and friendly! New heat and AC system installed July 2023. So, lots of cold air or heat! This is 3/2 bath home has extras, tons of seating space, dining bar will seat 6 and there is TV trays for addition eating area! The Living area with seat 9! The beds are so comfy, you won't want to get up, They all have 3 inch memory foam toppers on them! everything is new here at the Wild Wild West, sheets , bedding, towels, rugs and so much more! I went over the top to give you the best experience ever! I have loaded the bathrooms with cotton balls, Q tips, make-up remover cloths, Shampoos and conditioners. There is first aid supplies on hand as well. The kitchen has all the right stuff, including condiments, sugar, spices, The Washer and dryer, has washing detergent, scent pods, dryer sheets too! Motion lights will keep you out of the dark every step of the way! The nice original hard wood floors fall right into place with the western décor and theme! The backyard is spacious and inviting, with handmade birdhouses, feeders and birdbaths! There is seating for 12. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and a 10-cup coffee pot as well, coffee and cream is furnished, along with sugar and Stevia. The furnishings include an actual cow skin rug, leather chairs and a leather sofa! The kitchen has lots of glasses and dishes for anyone who wished to stay home and cook!

The Wild Wild West is pet friendly, but you must message me prior to the reservation to get permission to bring your pet. If we find excess dog hair to the property, it could result in an excess cleaning fee post stay.

If you brought a pet, clean up after them, including, poop in backyard. Always, enter that you are bringing your pets, and how many
Do not put dirty trash in blue recycling bins or in green lawn bins. Make sure you are aware of trash pickup days,so you can take your trash out the night before!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs may come when approved.
Do not strip beds, or throw pillows in the floor. Gather wet towels and lay on washer. Bugs may show up home, this will not constitute a refund!
Please gather and bag all trash and leave in kitchen. More than 2 large trash bags, guests could be charged for extra trash! Take stinky stuff OUT!

Great location for our activities at Extraco. We enjoyed plenty of seats to lounge in the living room after a long day and the covered patio out back allowed us to bring our Blackstone and cook meals to help save money on dining out.

Magnolia, Silo's trip!

We wanted to celebrate my Mother-in-laws 80 birthday with a trip to Waco. This house was great and just minutes way from everything we planned on visiting. Everyone was impressed with tge house decor. I would recommend this house if you planning on visiting the Magnolia Silo's

I love the opportunity to take an older home and create a more open concept, giving them some updates and yet still keeping the comfort of home! Each home home as a new set of challenges, but they all have some rewards as well! This home was covered in carpet , hiding some really nice hardwood floors. I opened up the kitchen wall and had an eating bar built in, the kitchen was just too small for a table, but it helped to open it to the living area! I hope you enjoy the art works and designs I added to give it a personal touch! This is one of 4 homes that I have in the Waco area! Thanks for reading! Debbie

What makes this property unique

This home is very close to the Extraco Event Center, where you can stay close to your livestock, horses and events! It is decorated in the Western/Farmhouse style, to keep it comfortable and cozy! I offer a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate for guests! The back yard is all fenced with a privacy fence, large covered patio, lots of outdoor seating, fire pit, grill and and a huge Bradford Pear shade tree!
