Terraced house 500 meters from the sea with garden both inputs. Covered patio with barbecue, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a spacious lounge on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace on the first floor. Uncovered parking property in communal garden closed. Equipped with electric oven, fryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large private garden where you can safely eat and spend the day.
