About this property

Unique location, huge beach / sea just opposite, nature reserve

The Villa Torre has been rented for many years and has many regular customers. Reliable and serious handling of the entire booking process (request, contract conclusion, payment, support on the spot) by the landlord is of course guaranteed. It is very important to us that our customers feel comfortable with us.

The villa stands on a plot of land of approx. 2800 sqm, has 90 sqm of living space and can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons (incl. Toddlers in children's beds). It is surrounded by a well-tended garden and has two driveway entrances, a carport in the shade, a large bamboo covered outdoor terrace with sun loungers as well as a small, wind-sheltered outdoor terrace. The access to the spacious, own roof terrace is via the spiral staircase through the tower. A brick-built outdoor grill and an outdoor shower are at guests' disposal. For safety and protection from the weather, all windows are equipped with massive window shutters. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting set (armchair, sofa), a massive dining table with chairs and an open fireplace or Fireplace. Various bookshelves and chests of drawers with tablecloths, candles, vases, etc. belong to the expanded accessories. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, two sinks, various pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, BD, mirror cabinet and washing machine. The complete interior equipment is regularly checked and renewed. The house has three bedrooms with side table and various wardrobes. The master bedroom has an additional sink. Baby cots and high chairs are available. Fly screens can be used in all windows. A TV with German and Italian programs is available. In the cellar rooms there is the possibility of longer and safe storage of larger items of luggage (eg Surfboards) until the next holiday.
For the beach or for shopping is a very practical cart available.
A property manager from Villasimius is at your disposal for questions or problems at any time. Arrivals and departures can be arranged on any days. Guests are received by the caretaker on the day of arrival and bid farewell on the day of departure.

Ferienhaus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir genossen unseren Urlaub sehr. Waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit Sonnenaufgang. Teils hatte es Flamingos im See. Viele Strände sind zu Fuss erreichbar, ins Städchen ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen und wir haben fpr nächstes Jahr bereits wieder gebucht.

Einzigartige Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus Nr 2 verbracht. Begeistert waren wir von der riesigen Dachterrasse, begannen den Tag dort mit einem gemütlichen Frühstück (Ampel-Sonnenschirm vorhanden) und genossen den herrlichen Blick über die Lagune, Strand und Meer. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben, Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine tadellos, Bad renoviert. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum Joggen. Alles in Allem empfehlen wir dieses Haus und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Sardinië op z’n best!

Onze aankomst was een beetje verwarrend; huisnummer gevonden aan de zandweg op de rand van een vakantiepark en de natuur, maar er waren al gasten. Het blijken 3 geschakelde huizen te zjjn: 2 hoger en 1 laaggelegen. De bouwstijl is erg mooi met voldoende ruimte en privacy (alhoewel je buitenom loopt om niet over het terras van de ander te lopen). De subtropische tuin rondom is groot, prachtig en goed onderhouden. Genieten van de vlinders, hagedissen, gekko’s, parkieten en in de verte dat onbetaalbare uitzicht op de zee én het meer met de flamingo’s. Sardinië op z’n best! Er zijn verschillende terrassen, boven op het dak, naast het huis en een balkon, dus ook eind oktober is er altijd wel een heerlijk plekje in de zon of uit de wind. De inrichting is inderdaad wat ouder maar voor ons echt prima en compleet met vaatwasser en wasmachine Op het dak waren 2 van 3 stoelen niet meer bruikbaar. In de keuken is nagenoeg alles, alleen geen theepot en de koffiepotjes zijn kapot. Maar ach, wij hebben hier topdagen gehad!

Wir haben diesen Urlaub voll und ganz genossen. Das Haus war mit allem was wir brauchten eingerichtet. Es war sauber und der Verwalter war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fuyez ce logement sale ,vétuste ,malodorant et dangereux

Dès notre arrivée au logement nous avons constaté que la description ne correspondait pas à celle de l'annonce et avons contacté le propriétaire et Abritel pour pouvoir quitter les lieux au plus vite .En effet les sols étaient sales ,les interrupteurs très sales ,les draps sentaient la transpiration ,les serviettes sales et malodorantes, ,les placards sentaient le renfermé ,le plan de travail de la cuisine immonde ,les plaques de cuisson vieilles et rouillées donc on met un temps fou à faire ne serait ce qu'un café . Des odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bains en permanence ! Concernant la dangerosité du logement certaines prises électriques ne sont pas fixées au mur ,les fils et dominos du lustre de la salle à manger sont apparents . Pour ce qui est de la vétusté les transats fournis sont élimés (peur de passer à travers),décolorés et tachés de partout ,les plaques de cuisson sont rouillées ,quand on manipule un interrupteur on a une chance sur deux que l'ampoule s'allume .D'ailleurs dans la chambre parentale une seule table de chevet ,une seule lampe de chevet qui ne peut pas se brancher car les 2 embouts de celle ci ne s'emboitent pas dans la prise ! Deux adapteurs de prises sont fournis mais ne fonctionnent pas non plus. Et pour couronner le tout, passage sur notre terrasse des autres locataires pour qu'ils puissent rejoindre leurs .logements ! Nous avons dans un premier temps contacté le propriétaire pour qu'on s'arrange (qu'on lui paye la première nuit et qu'il nous rembourse les suivantes car son logement ne nous convenait pas du tout) mais pas de réponse par mail ,par messagerie Abritel et par messages téléphoniques ! Concernant Abritel nous sommes très vexés car nous avons appelés tous les jours (parfois plusieurs fois par jour),on nous a dit que notre dossier était à l'étude et qu'on nous donnerait des nouvelles et RAS ,aucun contact ni par messagerie ni par téléphonie. On nous a laissé sous entendre tous les jours qu'on allait pouvoir changer de logement et RAS .On est donc resté 7 jours (hé oui ,pas réactif) dans ce logement infâme !

Top Lage aber Renovierung notwendig

Die Lage und der Strand sind einmalig schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist allerdings dringend zu renovieren. Das Inventar und Geräte sind veraltet und teilweise unhygienisch (Schimmel in der Waschmaschine). Aufgrund der schlechten Wärmedämmung und nicht Vorhandensein einer Klimaanlage sind die Ferienwohnungen im Sommer nahezu unbewohnbar.

Maison typique bien située

Points forts La situation Le jardin La literie confortable La douche extérieure Le contact sur place très disponible (italien nécessaire) Peuvent être améliorés: Grosse chaleur en août, sans clim ni ventilateur, les nuits sont laborieuses La maison a une deco très vieillotte La douche est petite Pas d'équipements de base comme le sel, sucre, du savon, une éponge, des produits ménagers, vous devrez tout acheter Le Pullman a côté met la musique à fond jusqu'à 1h du mat. Difficile de profiter du toit car l'accès est compliqué La plage magnifique est à 15mn à pied. Elle est blindée en août, privilégier le matin et fin de journée. Bel environnement, mais pas mal de passage en août, doit etre plus calme le reste de l'année.

Posizione veramente unica! La riserva naturale con i fenicotteri davanti casa mentre fai colazione non ha prezzo! Il mare della spiaggia di Porto Giunco spettacolare! La casa pulitissima e la cucina dove non manca niente! Unica pecca, la mancanza di ventilatori nelle notti calde. Consigliatisima! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Un saluto speciale al sig. Mario.

Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage.

Das Haus ist in einer grandiosen Lage und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Wir waren Anfang November im Haus und waren absolut zufrieden. Dir das schlechte Wetter war es etwas kühl, doch der extrem nette Verwalter hatte uns eine Elektroheizung gegeben was meine 2 Mädels sehr freute. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das ist Erhohlung pur

Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Vermieter und Hausverwalter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren im Juli in der Villa Torre. Die Bedingungen für Surfer sind ideal. Je nach Windrichtung kann man zwischen verschiedenen Stränden in der Nähe wählen. Am Haus hat man einen eigenen Carport und genügend Platz für die Ausrüstung. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und der Verwalter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Genau das haben wir immer gesucht!

Ein herrliches Haus mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und einer wirklich traumhaften Lage. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr funktionell und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Auch der Strand gegenüber war perfekt. Praktisch sind die Restaurants und der Supermarkt fussläufig in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wirklich erholt und kommen garantiert wieder.
