Un espace unique réalisé en 1881, entièrement reconstruit en 2016, classé 5 étoiles par le Ministère ou le Tourisme de Croatie, et publié dans plusieurs magazines de design, GARDIN Apartments Split est le meilleur endroit pour découvrir la ville!

À quelques pas de la porte d'or du palais romain, tout ce que la ville a à offrir est à distance de marche.
Perte de l'espace, de 4 mètres de hauts plafonds et de belles vues sur le jardin privé de l'immeuble, tous partie du plan :)

Tous les espaces sont climatisés / chauffés et une connexion Wi-fi et TV-Sat est disponible. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a aussi une machine à laver. Il dispose de deux chambres avec lits doubles et un canapé-lit dans le salon, pour un total de 6 personnes.

La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains et offre une intimité supplémentaire en ce qui concerne le reste de l'appartement, car il a sa propre entrée depuis le couloir.

L'appartement ne possède pas son propre parking, depuis son dans le centre-ville très, mais il y a un parking payé à peu près 20 mètres de l'appartement.

We loved this place. The location was just outside Old Town Split, very convenient but not as loud and crowded as inside the old town. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were in the midst of a 2-week trip and needed laundry facilities. So helpful to have that in the apartment. Americans used to a big machine should temper their expectations!

If you’re happy with the photos you see for this listing you’ll be even more pleased in person. The location is ideal for exploring the harbor and all split has to offer in the Port area. The bathrooms are lovely with plenty of hot water. The towering ceilings and beautiful interior stone walls with lovely windows makes this listing stand out. It is clean and a perfect location for your adventure in Split, Croatia. I would definitely rent it again.

Excellent apartment of high quality and which had a great location to explore Old Town Split. It had all the amenities we required as a family of four - great lounge, kitchen area with all the items we needed and two good bedrooms and bathrooms. Very good WiFi, TV, audio, and useful to have a washing machine too. Communication with Lada who also met us on arrival was very prompt and professional. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone staying in Split.

Amazing location, not to central, not too far away

This is a great place to stay and explore split. You are just a 5 min walk away from the city center, so you are not bothered by the crowds, but close enough to experience the city. Super nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and very nice interior design.

Beautiful apartment very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was quiet despite being centrally located. We walked everywhere. My only suggestion is to make sure guests understand that parking is nearly impossible and very confusing. We did not need a car since we could walk everywhere. Everything else was excellent!

Perfect!

The apt is absolutely beautiful and perfect for two couples or a small family. It isn’t easy to find a 2 bath. 2 bedroom place so close to Old Town but this place fit our needs exactly. The extra was the charming building and well designed decoration. Checking in and out was quite simple and easy. We highly recommend this location, and apt.

Great host, very responsive and helpful in many ways. Excellent accommodations that are clean, quiet, roomy, stylish and comfortable. Beautiful home in perfect location

We had a wonderful three days in Split. We found street parking easily, our hostess helped us check in right on time, and the place was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. She quickly answered the few questions we had and recommended great restaurants for us. Our kids loved the small park next door and it was such an easy walk to pretty much every location we wanted to see. We'd absolutely come back to this cozy flat!

An Oasis Away from the Crowds

Lovely living space away from the fast pace of the City Center. Lada was very good at answering questions and at accommodating our requests. The accommodations were very modern which I like and was super clean which is important to us as well. It was nice to have a washing machine. We used the provided drying rack to dry our clothes. The AC was nice to come back to since the temps were into the 90's. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a place to stay in Split. You will not be disappointed.

“This was the perfect location for a Split stay. It’s steps away from Diocletian’s Palace, so you can wake up, walk out, and stroll through the shops and sights along the way. It’s also a close walking distance to tour pick up spots if you’re venturing out to the islands and/or the national parks. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Lada was flexible and let us in early when there was a change in travel plans and she offered to store our luggage for part of the day. The apartment itself is lovely. It has high ceilings, two full bathrooms, and every amenity you would need. It had a kitchen full of equipment and a washer, which was helpful for a long trip. I’d highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a stay in Split!”

Fantastic property, beautifully decorated and convenient location!

This property is just 2 blocks-ish from one of the main gates into the old city and there is a small grocery store one block away. The apartment has stunning details that have preserved the old character and Marko has decorated it with a wonderful mash-up of hollywood glam and rustic touches. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. There is a small courtyard that is perfect for an afternoon snack of local cheese, bread and wine, too! Marko was extremely helpful - he even made the single bedroom suite available a day early for us due to a change in flight plans for one of our party and then went out of his way to get the rest of the apartment ready very early the next morning so that we could enjoy it sooner rather then later. He spent time showing us where to find several grocery stores and recommending a few restaurants. We took advantage of all his suggestions and were very pleased! I highly recommend Marko's apartment for your stay in Split!
