The unit is new and beautiful and perfect location right in the middle of everything. The only challenge was finding the rental unit and lockbox within the old city since need a short walk to get to it from outside the old city. The unit heater did not work but was easy enough to resolve by using batteries from the TV remote. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Loved this place!

The place was amazing, great location, beautifully renovated, beds were so comfortable and has AC in ALL rooms. The bathrooms are super nice, we loved it here! We stayed cool during the recent heat wave. Location is great, so close to everything!

Location was fantastic! Updated, had all the needed amenities and was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. Owner was so kind to even bring a few gifts by Highly recommend!

We loved the central location, inside the walls of the Palace. Everything we needed was close by. Restaurants , bars , grocery stores, The apartment is newly remodeled , very clean. It was tricky to bring suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.It was nice to have a dryer in the unit.Highly recommend to stay here.

Fantastic location and modern set-up

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was quiet and in the center of town. The balcony gave great views. It was nice to have laundry (although there were buttons we did not know how to use). The heated towel rack was amazing. The beds were comfortable.

Perfect Stay in Split!

We absolutely loved our stay in Split. We were two couples so the two bedroom, 2 bath apartment worked out really well for us. Everything was exactly as picture and the location could not be beat. Simply walk out the door and you are in the middle of everything. We especially loved the rooftop deck and enjoyed morning coffee and evening bottles of wine up there. Mislav was an exceptional hosting, going out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. He even left a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed on the terrace! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This apartment was a true gem in the old town. You could not get a better location. Right in the middle of it all. Steps away from a bunch of restaurants , coffee shops and bakeries. The owners responded immediately any time we sent them a message. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they sent us a new one within the hour. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It had the charm of the old town but with modern amenities. We were 2 couples travelling together and we had lots of room. The 2 bedrooms are at opposite sides of the apartment for privacy. We would not hesitate to return here and loved every moment in Split.

Fantastic apartment in ideal location

First floor tastefully decorated, with shared terrace (though we never had to share) accessed via staircase to roof. Very comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, to keep the windowless bathrooms smelling fresh we ran the extractor fans, closed the shower doors and the bathroom doors. Remember to keep the right hand switch of the ensuite on for hot water. Located right in the heart of old town so everything you need is on your doorstep.

Beautiful Split Stay

Beautiful apartment in a great, very central location. It was so nice to have air conditioning. We did have some trouble with the wifi near the end of our trip. The host was quick to respond, and however the problem was not solved it was very helpful to have a speedy response.

New Apartment- Perfect Location - Excellent Host

My family and I feel lucky that we found this apartment right in the middle of old town Split. Everything was so close, 1 min walk to Riva and the harbor, stores, restaurants, etc. Beds were amazing, entire place was new, dishwasher, washer dryer. It was a bit of an adventure finding it, which made it kind of fun actually. Restaurant downstairs is very good. Terrace upstairs is a beautiful place to have morning coffee. There’s a Nespresso machine which was great! Hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Probably the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Thanks Miki and Anja!

Great location, but not like the description

The property was nice, and a great location. However at the last minute they asked if they could change properties with the exact same amenities, there was no comparison to what i paid for. I should have been offered a % refund. only 1 bathroom I paid for 2 bedr and 2 bath, not a microwave, not a balcony, not a grill, just so many things missing. I hope it wasn't a normal business practice, because the original management did seem to handle this property.

Perfect Stay

Truly a perfect location for our family of 4! Our twin teens enjoyed their own room but there was also plenty of space in the common areas to gather and hang out together for meals and play cards on a rainy day. Walk out the door and you are smack in the middle of the everything! We had one day of pouring rain but were still able to get out and quickly find some umbrellas and indoor things to do. There is even a great grocery and pharmacy nearby so we were able to grab everything we needed and didn't have to carry it far at all. The washing machine was small but we were thrilled to be able to wash our clothes. There is not dryer but a very large drying rack was available and did the trick. Owners communicated quickly to any questions. Water was supposed to be turned off briefly on our last day due to come construction but we checked out before that was an issue. Would 100% stay here again!

Emplacement parfait

Très bon emplacement, à la sortie du palais de Diocletian. L’appartement est grand à l’exception de la salle de bain qui est très petite. Une seule personne a la fois peu y entrée. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l’endroit. Les portes extérieures sont mal affichées. Nous devons entrer dans un grillage de restaurant et monter les marches qui longent le mur. Rendu sur le palier du haut, il y a 2 portes. La bonne est celle au fond du balcon. C’est une porte qui donne sur un corridor, donc tournez la poignée et entrez. L’appartement est au 2e niveau sans numéro de porte. Très bonne expérience générale. Essayez le restaurant Fig. Nous avons adoré.

Home away from home in old town Split

We spent 5 nights at this apartment in Old Town Split and it was wonderful. It was very centrally located for accessing everything but also really quiet. You are in the heart of your of town but inside the apartment was a little sanctuary. The restaurant below was a little noisy at times but manageable. It was also wonderfully air conditioned. Our group was 4 adult women and we had plenty of space. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have a drawn map of how to get to the apartment. The streets are a maze and we struggled a bit on the first day before we got our bearings. Once we figured out the easiest way to the Riva we had no problems navigating. I will say that there is not much in terms of nearby parking so if you have a car that will be an added challenge.

Great location in the heart of Old Town Split

Anja communicated quickly and well, Mislav personally showed us to the apartment, location was ideal, clean, friendly, and spacious. There was an issue related with the water which they fixed immediatley but it caused us to stay somewhere else the first night. They were very kind to organize a place for us to stay so that it was not an additional hassle when we arrived late in the evening. The following morning we we taken to the apartment and everything was fixed and ready to go. There were a few small items that were off but they were basically inconsequential to the stay. Having a washing machine is great but a clothes drying rack would have been nice to have as well. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment in the center of old city

The place is spacious and very pretty. Bedrooms are big as are living room and kitchen. The bathroom is quite small and hard to bathe the children. The kitchen lacks some basic cooking utensils. We did not go on the terrace which is upstairs from the apartment. The owners were helpful and concerned when we were cold, as it takes a while to heat up, but then we were warm. Very convenient location.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Perfect location in Split, walking distance to everything. Riva was less than 5 minutes away. Area was lively and safe. We found the AC in each sleeping area very nice especially on one of the hottest days of the summer! Beds were very comfortable. Host was very accommodating with letting us keep our luggage stored after check out. I would highly recommend this listing!
