Check in staff were persistent in trying to convince me to attend a “talk” about the property. Even after I told her that we were not interested and didn’t have time given we were in town for a wedding, I had a hard time breaking away. I didn’t appreciate this at all.

The room was awesome except for some fruit flies. There was a jacuzzi tub and the room was very spacious. I think we were upgraded because our reservation was messed up.The only huge problem was that we had to listen to a timeshare presentation before they would give us our keys, in a very noisy room-and I had a migraine!Just wanted to get in the bed after driving all day!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious room, jacuzzi tub, and overall comfort of the property. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the fruit flies and are addressing that with our team. We’re especially sorry that the check-in process was frustrating after a long day of travel, particularly while you were dealing with a migraine. We understand that you simply wanted to get settled and rest, and we appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll continue working to make the arrival process as smooth and comfortable as possible for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Nice property and well kept. I should have gotten a 2 bedroom as the hide-a-bed was not comfortable.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the property and found it well maintained. We appreciate your feedback about the hide-a-bed and understand that sofa beds aren't always as comfortable as a traditional bed. We're happy to hear the rest of your stay was enjoyable, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back—hopefully in one of our two-bedroom units next time for even more comfort!

The condo we were assigned to, was not at all like the rooms that were pictured in the on line reservation for a one bedroom. The pictures on line showed a full size kitchen with a bar and bar stools. Ours had an efficiency sized kitchen with about 18" of counter space with a coffee pot there. Ours had a very small oven and refrigerator. The pictures showed a full size living room. Our living room was very small and the table and chairs were in a V shaped corner and mostly unusable. We feel this is a clear case of fraud. Wyndham refused to refund any money as they said the money went to the VRBO. The VRBO refused to help us. I'll be posting pictures on Facebook, if you want to see them.

One great thing is that our room actually had two bedrooms. One cob that our tv didn’t work great. Note was posted in main lobby area though. Second con is that our second day there they posted notice that the water would be shut off for a few hours. I felled both bath tubs but by morning that had slowly drained out. Not that big of a deal. We loved the property so much! Very nice rooms. My son loved the outdoor pool, ping pong, basketball, hot tub, and cornhole. We only stayed two night, I wish we had stayed longer! We will definitely book this again.

It means a lot to hear you still had a great experience overall, and we’d love to welcome you back for a longer stay next time!
