The house was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Great location in town close by anything that you may like. The water park was a big hit for the family too. Already looking forward to booking this exact place next year!

Great location to the parks, restaurants and Walmart/publix (5 mins). Lovely home with some minor details that could be added such as oven mitt, few extra towels for the count of people the home lists to hold. The property and surrounding amenities at the pool lazy river area were nice. We did experience a party next-door to our condo going until around 5 AM. During that time we were unable to get any assistance for around two hours from the resort community, we were referred to calling the police to report a complaint.

Overall it’s a good place at the price point. It can be difficult to get in the gate at times. Also not all of the televisions worked in our unit. Once we were checked in it seemed more difficult to reach the host. They were very responsive prior to check in but we reached out with a question right after checking in and didn’t receive a response before our 5 night stay was over.

The shower walls in any of the bathrooms were not clean. There was hair from the previous guests stuck to the walls. Especially in both upstairs bathrooms. Gross. Also, for a 4 bedroom home, the kitchen supplies were very minimal. 2 small frying pans only. We had to go buy a bigger one to cook on. No baking sheet available. Again, had to go buy one. Also, no kitchen rags or towels. Had to buy those too. Discovered microwave didn't work on day one. Called maintenance to fix, they came out, said they would replace and never did replace during our entire 8 day stay.

We loved the location. It was close to many shops, restaurants and theme parks. The community pool was a wonderful option since our personal pool wasn't heated without a price! Our host was quick to respond when I reached out with questions. We made most of our dinners in the condo, but the kitchen was minimally stocked for our purpose. There were no hand towels or hot pads. Overall it worked well for our group.

The place was clean, but could use some light maintenance and area rugs for sound dampening.Due to the high ceilings and tile floors, it’s very noisy. The pool is small, but very secluded and enough for our needs. I would like to have had more towels. The layout worked out well for us. The bedrooms are separated which enables people to retire at different times without being disturbed, and/or nap throughout the day. I saw some reviews complaining about bugs. We did not see one during our stay. Overall, I was very impressed and would stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed and enjoyed both the private plunge pool as well as the community pool and lazy river. Would definitely stay here again!
