Bienvenue au 233 Cedar St! Ce cottage de plage unique est situé à 75 mètres de la plage, avec vue sur l'océan et à côté du complexe King & Prince. Une cuisine joliment rénovée s'ouvre sur une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Adjacent à la salle à manger, vous trouverez un salon spacieux centré autour de la cheminée et une grande télévision haute définition de 55 pouces offrant une vue sur l'océan Atlantique! Pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, il y a 3 chambres à coucher avec deux suites parentales, une à l'étage et une en bas, toutes deux avec des lits king size. La troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La piscine privée offre un grand patio idéal pour s'amuser au bord de la piscine. La piscine peut être chauffée avec préavis moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 30 $ / jour.
Cette magnifique location de vacances est idéalement située sur St. Simons Island à pied des restaurants, des boutiques et à quelques pas de la plage! Situé à moins de 1 mile de la rue Simons Village, Neptune Park, Pier et Phare.

Beautiful Beach Spot

We loved St. Simon Island and the location of this property- it was a short walk to the beach and our girls swam in the pool multiple times each day. We found the house clean and well appointed, and loved the close walk to multiple restaurants in the evening too.

Plenty of space

We stayed in St. Simons Island for a long Labor Day weekend, and this house was perfect for our family! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, and the living and dining room were nice and roomy. It was great that we were just steps away from the beach too.

Great house, amazing location.

The entire experience was great. The pick up of keys, the directions and description of property were all very professional. The property itself was perfect for our needs. Extremely well located and functional. Absolutely no complaints!

Everything is nice just a couple of issues - sink in 1st floor bedroom did not drain properly; could not find a switch to turn on the ceiling fan in the 1st floor bedroom. Kleenex in the bathrooms would have been nice

Great House

Great house. The proximity to the beach is even closer than I expected and it's nice and flat. The pool was very refreshing after the beach. The house was well equipped, comfortable and well spaced. The area is quaint and laid back. My only complaint is that the pool light didn't work and the pool vacuum was in the water the whole week. The property management company never returned my calls concerning this.

The pool vacuums always stay in the pool and run every evening to help keep the pools clean. Our pool service runs on Thursdays and Fridays so I will absolutely notify them of the pool light. Perfect

The house is fantastic. Large living room and dinning room.; enough for a large family, also great for a couple and their extra canine family member. Closed in backyard. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic. Quiet area. Cute salt water pool that can be heated. Everything you need is on hand including numerous beach accesses to a wide, beautiful beach. Maintenance are right around the corner if they are needed. Will we return? Oh yeah!

Good location, okay home

Only yards from the beach access point but the home was somewhat dirty. The floors, some dishes, the pool, the yard were dirty. The yard needed to be mowed. There was no recycle can either in the home or outside on the curb. The home has potential but needs some care.

HVAC system is noisy.

The noise from the A/C was very annoying for all 3 bedrooms during the night. Otherwise the place was very suitable for the stay. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants. The pool would have been better if we'd had it heated. Didn't realize that heating it wasn't included in the deal.

Hi Paula, We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with a few issues at this home in October. We were not aware that the HVAC system was operating loudly during you stay. We are very sorry! If we were notified of this issue, we would have been happy to send an AC repair company to investigate and resolve the issue. This home does offer a heated pool, but there is a daily heating charge to use this amenity. The pool heating fee is detailed in our listing. Perfect house for our visit. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The master suite was huge. The Family and dinning rooms were perfect for gathering together. I can tell there were many celebrations in this cozy beach house. Very easy access to the beach. A couple suggestions to make the house even better would be to get new outdoor chairs and furniture. The chairs were falling apart and not comfortable. An outside shower or sprayer would also help keep the house and pool cleaner from all the beach sand. We would definitely stay here again

Fall break stay

We had a great time visiting st Simons for Fall Break. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and Super close to the beach. The tide was super high a lot of the time we were here so we actually couldn’t use the closest beach very much. Not sure if this is a normal thing or whether the tides were unusually high. This is why I rated accuracy of listing. Just because i asked if it was a good swimming beach and I was told it was. We utilized other nearby beaches so it was still fun! We also wanted the pool heated but it only worked one night. They were planning to work on it after we left.

We enjoyed our family vacation on St Simons!

We found this home to be very spacious and comfortable and very convenient to the beach and downtown area. It was nice to have the pool to use after the hot afternoons on the beach! There was a nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and we did a lot of cooking and used the outdoor grill several times. The beds were large and comfortable in the two masters and the twin beds were not bad either. We had plenty of space for all 8 of us and our dogs! However, there are a few things that could use a little updating. The couches and matching chairs were stained and a little dingey and the green throw pillows were old and not pleasing to use. The jute rugs were uncomfortable to walk on. Also, we could not find the outdoor shower that was advertised. Overall, this was a nice vacation rental and we had a wonderful time!😊

Great location!

This was our third stay at this property. Sadly, with the arrival of grandchildren we now need a fourth bedroom. It's otherwise a great three-bedroom, with a nice pool and large yard for the doggos. The very short walk to the beach is great when you're lugging everything needed for a day of sand and surf with littles.

Loved the pool

Great property.. Quiet neighborhood.. Secluded but close to the beach.. we rented the golf cart and explored the neighborhood and it was luxurious.. The house was awesome and clean. Check in was easy.. keyless entry and overall nice place. I would recommend this property to anyone..

Lovely property

My 16 year old grandson and his friends wanted to fish and this house was perfect for us! They fished in the mornings came in rested, swam in pool, and played poker during the heat of the day. Then loaded up and night fished at pier and in surf! Caught stingrays and all types of sharks. We would definitely stay here again.

COVID rental

Wonderful house. We spent the mornings on the beach when the crowds were very light and afternoons hanging out at pool when more people were on beach. Very clean. House fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect St. Simons Getaway

Our family of 8 fit perfectly in this beach house! So close to the beach and a short golf cart ride away from the pier and restaurants. The pool was a nice way to spend the end of the day after being at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing St. Simons Retreat

We had a lovely and relaxing time. Pet-friendly accommodations were a treat as well. The beach is right in sight - two public beach access points just steps away. Charcoal grill, washer/dryer and pool were a plus. Ample cookware, dishware, glassware. We recommend the easy walk to the lighthouse - about a mile by road or by beach. Be aware of tide charts - tide comes in high, so know your best route back! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

This is a great location. We couldn’t find the outside shower. The backyard is not fenced on one side, keep an eye on kids and dogs. We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.
