Appt in private property with swimming pool and private parking place - 800 m from the beach and downtown Sanary nearby shops within walking distance - Apt located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and composed of a main room with fitted kitchen, a loggia, a bedroom, a bathroom with wc. (Sleeps 4 maximum), quiet, not overlooked, with surrounding greenery view, close to shops including shopping center with supermarkets Casino, Intermarche and Picard, pharmacy ... etc located just 300 m. ,

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price.

A deposit of 250 euros will be required (in case of deterioration or non return of the pool bracelets), returned when the inventory.

Logement très encombré d'affaires du propriétaire. 1.6 kms du centre ville de Sanary et pas 800m. Le plus idéale car magasin à côté pour les courses. Confort moyen.
