This house is nestled in the heart of the small village of Plouer sur Rance. Located in the golden triangle "Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard," 2kms from the Rance and 14kms from the sea, it will allow you to live to the rhythm of the tides.

Renovated with care, it will offer you a real comfort.
A vegetated terrace of 40m2.
It consists of a functional kitchen, fully equipped with a living room.
1 bedroom with a 160 bed open on a nice and bright bathroom. On the same level, in mezzanine 2 other communicating rooms of which one big with bed 160 and the second bed 140.

Fabulous Stay!!!

We arrived from Boston and wanted to visit Brittany for the first time. Guillaume and Angelina made our stay and our trip memorable. Their home is fabulous, well decorated, extra clean and very charming. All their piece of advice about where to go and visit were spot on. They are a lovely couple and we made a real connection with them. We will definitely come back. Thank you Angelina and Guillaume.

Great house in a delightful village.

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The village of Plouer Sur Rance is delightful, and very well located for visits to Dinan, St Malo and Dol de Bretagne. Guillaume and Angelina were charming and helpful hosts. We would not hesitate to use this accommodation again the next time we visit the area.

Great home base for Brittany based weekend

Rented for a few days while we explored St Malo/Mont St Michel/Dinard. It was an excellent home base - very comfortable, great kitchen, and well-equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Maison fraîchement rénovée, avec goût! Séjour parfait, super prestations comme à l'hôtel: tres propre, literie confortable, serviettes de bain fournies... Le village de Plouer est tres pratique pour visiter Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale... Propriétaires très sympas et à l'écoute!

Séjour Parfait!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison refaite avec goût, agréable, et tout confort. Nous avons pu nous rendre rapidement à Saint-Malo (à 20 mn par les petites routes) pour assister à la Route du Rhum et revenir profiter du calme de cette maison. Bref, nous recommandons ce gîte!
