## THE ACCOMMODATION

Discover elegance and comfort in this 47 mÂČ apartment, nestled on the 5th floor of a magnificent historical building with an elevator, in the heart of the prestigious Golden Triangle of Bordeaux. Recently tastefully renovated, this haven of peace is in the dynamic heart of the neighborhood.

In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed (200x160cm) promising a restful sleep. The beautifully furnished living room is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your meals just like at home. The practical bathroom completes this living space.

Our concierge service ensures personalized key handover and offers the option of breakfast. Television and free Wi-Fi are available in the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those wishing to explore Bordeaux. Situated on Cours Clemenceau, you are just steps away from Place Gambetta and Allées de Tourny, surrounded by museums, theaters, cinemas, restaurants, bars, and shops. Easy access to numerous tram and bus lines makes discovering the city simple and enjoyable.

Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 8 minutes.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take tram line C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces and walk 5 minutes.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Centre Commercial MĂ©riadeck" is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €20 per day.

Appartement certainement idĂ©al pour les saisons d’automne hiver mais infernal lorsqu’il fait chaud. Dernier Ă©tage sous les toits donc, pas de Clim, un ventilateur pour le fun et pas de possibilitĂ© d’aĂ©rer comme il faut. Literie trĂšs moyenne, et pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants bref par manque de choix nous nous sommes arrĂȘtĂ©s sur celui ci. Mais on ne nous y reprendra plus ! AprĂšs, c’est un appart effectivement ultra bien situĂ© dans un trĂšs bel immeuble bordelais. Des amĂ©liorations pour le rendre plus attractif !

This should not be a booking.com listing

There is a very distinct difference between booking.com and other accomodation apps and sites. The useability of booking.com is to find a place pay and have everything run smoothly from one stop shop. This place was absolutely not that. After I paid quite a substantial sum never bothering to read the fine print as for 7 years using booking.com I never had to, this apartment then send you a private email and message where you have to pay for the cleaning fee in ADVANCE, a deposit blocked on your credit card of €250 and a SERVICE FEE of €3.50 for using this very method of payment. It is absolutely ludicrous!!! They wouldn't book me in and allow me in if I didn't fill in this form after having paid €163 directly already on booking.com. No one wants to find things out after they pay...no one wants to service fee even if they are a small amount because booking.com is the facility for this very purpose to cut out the middle man. The apartment it self did not even half any hand soup...or a full roll of toilet paper. So in the end after paying over €220 for just two short nights, I could have stayed in a Hotel for that price with much better service and facilities without waiting or having to buy my own hand soup. Not worth for short stays for sure!

Le canapĂ© lit est plus qu'inconfortable, il est vraiment URGENT de le changer. Sur 2 ventilateurs, un seul fonctionne en sachant qu'il faisait une chaleur accablante. Il faudrait Ă©galement embaucher un berger pour qu'il regroupe les moutons qui sont sous les meubles et canapĂ© - alors que l'on paye pour le mĂ©nage !!!! c'est quand mĂȘme hallucinant. De plus, la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionne pas et pour l'EURO de foot c'est quand mĂȘme ballot !!!!!!

L'accueil fait par Mathieu à été trÚs chaleureux et trÚs professionnel. L'appartement étant au 5 Úme étage, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de l'ascenseur, et malheureusement une personne avait de gros problÚmes de santé pour monter les étages. L'appartement était propre mais avec quelques défauts comme : lave- vaisselle en panne , la porte du placard de la salle de bain cassée la télévision hors service, et pas de local poubelles. Le point positif est la localisation en plein centre de Bordeaux et au calme (mais attention en plein été car il n'y a pas la clim) Merci à Mathieu de nous avoir aidé à monter les bagages (dommage.. il n'était pas là pour le départ)
