Magnificent completely secluded granite house located in an delightful spot in Cap de la Chèvre!
Big garden, sea view, this is a regularly renovated house.
All services, modern conveniences, satellite television, internet 3G (reasonable connection included — high-speed internet organised by the town hall is not yet available in February 2015).

There is electric heating and a large fireplace.
The house offers a vast living/dining room. There are three bedrooms in the main house and a large bedroom in the attached house with a small additional living room and satellite TV.
This house will delight nature lovers with exceptional views.
We have no neighbours and the property cannot be looked into from the outside. The house is in the heart of the natural setting of Cap de la Chèvre, on the edge of the bustling village of Rostudel.

We enjoyed 3 weeks in your wonderful house .The Kitchen was fully loaded and we had some cozy hrs in your big living room with its open fire place.Entertainment and WIFI works very well if needed .Everything was clean and friendly We love the nice and quiet natural area for long walkings from the house to the beach The Housekeeper was very helpful We sure will come back in the future ,Merci beaucoup for a exceptional holiday ?Sabina/Thore

au bout du monde...

What a fantastic location in a fantastic region. Really at the end of the world. Certainly when you go off-season. During the whole week, we saw only two (2!) non-French cars! I would recommend this place to everyone... but maybe not with the weather we had... severe storms, thunder, hail and now and then a little bit of sun. But still then everything had his charm. The beaches, the cliffs, the inland, hiking trails, restaurants, … all of them were superb. Every era in history signed here. From geological sites over menhirs, mediaval wars to world-war inheritance… you can find it here. This place is on our list to come back (although in another season). The house has everything you need – all appliances are foreseen, spacious, large garden (seen from inside - the weather you know 😊 )fantastic view over the bay… One drawback is the surcharge of the electricity. But this is (again) mostly because of the weather. All heating is on electricity, and if you want to stay warm during winter, you have to turn them on. But overall, we were very satisfied with our first week in Bretagne. Thanks to Veronique for the warm welcome and special thanks from the kids for the leaving-breakfast 😊

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist topp und super ausgestattet. Es gibt ein wunderbares Außengelände.Die alten bretonischen Häuser haben immer etwas mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen. In diesem Haus zeigt sich das etwas in der Küche an der Decke. Aber sonst ist das Haus super sauber und sehr behaglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La réservation était déjà simple. Toutes les questions ont été répondues rapidement. Nous n'avons pas seulement reçu une description de l'itinéraire qui répondait à tous nos souhaits. Nous avons également reçu un grand nombre de conseils pour organiser nos vacances : des sentiers de randonnée aux possibilités de baignade, des sites touristiques aux possibilités de shopping. La maison est magnifiquement située à l'écart de la petite ville. Personne ne vous dérange. Il n'y a qu'un sentier de randonnée à une certaine distance de la propriété, d'où nous avons entendu des voix de temps en temps. Personne ne pouvait voir à l'intérieur. La maison est magnifiquement et confortablement meublée. Dans la maison elle-même 2 chambres suffisamment grandes et une chambre d'enfant au premier étage. Au rez-de-chaussée, la salle de bain confortable avec machine à laver et douche. L'eau était immédiatement chaude. Dans le grand salon il ya un groupe de sièges confortables devant la cheminée et la télévision avec lecteur DVD. Internet fonctionne de manière fantastique. En outre, il ya une table à manger suffisamment grand. Tout est meublé avec style avec des antiquités. Dans la cuisine, il y a aussi un coin repas suffisamment grand. La cuisine elle-même est très bien équipée. Vaisselle et verres, couverts et couteaux sont disponibles en nombre suffisant, ni heurtés ni fissurés. La cuisinière à induction et le four ne laissent rien à désirer. Cuisiner était un vrai plaisir. Comme nous n'étions

Ein Haus zum Genießen

Robinsonnade sur la presqu’île de Crozon

Séjour idyllique dans une longère typique de la presqu’île de Crozon, proche du Cap de la chèvre. La maison a un charme certain et est parfaitement équipée. La cuisine est très grande et lumineuse et le salon-salle à manger est rustique breton et chaleureux. Nous avons randonné sur le sentier côtier sur toute la presqu’île qui recèle des sites grandioses et des plages magnifiques où nous nous sommes baignés. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de sports nautiques partout alentour. Nous avons fait du char à voile et une sortie sur un vieux gréement à Camaret-sur-Mer.

Maison très bien placée, bien équipée, confortable et typique. La personne sur place très serviable, et avec de bons conseils. Le seul bémol qui empêche un 5* c'est la facture salée de l'électricité qui gâche un peu la fin des vacances. À savoir. Je recommande tout à fait cette location.

maison au calme, trés bien située, à proximité des sentiers pédestres, avec une vue sur l'océan. Cuisine bien équipée même si la hotte est encrassée et non fonctionnelle . Literie des chambres de la maison principale très confortable mais les couettes devraient être vérifiées avant chaque nouveau locataire.(il m'a fallu désodoriser à la lavande...) Quant à l'annexe, le mènage fait est grossier (il ne faut pas tirer les canapés) Il faut reconnaitre que l'accueil est parfait. Je la recommanderais aux familles avec enfants car ils ont une jolie chambre à leur disposition. Beaucoup de livres, une chaine Hi-fi et deux télés complètent celle-ci. Merci pour ce séjour de deux semaines.

Maison extraordinaire dans un paysage magnifique!

Wir haben mit acht Leuten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Halbinsel Crozon verbracht! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet (die tausenden Küchenutensilien habe ich selbst nicht mal in meiner eigenen Wohnung... ), die Bilder geben den Gesamteindruck perfekt wieder. Der große Garten und die Terrasse wurden von uns auch noch im Oktober viel genutzt, da es noch sehr mild war. Am Haus vorbei führt direkt der Wanderweg zur Küste, die in wenigen Minuten erreicht ist. Das Haus eignet sich also perfekt für Küstenwanderungen, Mountainbiketouren und die nächsten Sandstrände sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Für Surfer empfiehlt sich insbesondere la plage Palue, für Wanderer natürlich das Ziegenkap, aber auch die Steilküste bei Camaret! Traumhaft! Wer Lust auf einen Aktivurlaub in einem Haus mit tollem Flair hat, ist hier genau richtig! Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances géniales!

Un lieu de rêve

Presqu'à l'extrémité du Cap de la Chèvre, ce penty est un lieu de rêve. Du très grand jardin, on y a une belle vue sur la pointe de Pen Hir; on est à un jet de pierre du sentier des douaniers (GR34), à quelques km des belles plages de La Palue et de Lostmarc'h, sans oublier l'île vierge. C'est un coin de la presqu'île de Crozon où la nature a gardé ses droits et où l'habitat est resté traditionnel. Si en plus le soleil y est de la partie (la photo n'est pas trafiquée, nous avons pris presque la même cet avril), on n'a plus envie de le quitter.

We have always spent holidays in here in every season.
Our mother has even written a book about this house named 'Comme un Rêve de Pierre' [As a stone dream] (edited by Seghers in 1999).

Renting this house allows us to look after it in a better way. All funds collected are going to be invested in the maintenance and renovation of our house.

What makes this property unique

Exceptional view! Discover this secluded house that cannot be looked into from the outside.
It is located on the edge of the village of Rostudel at the end of Cap de la Chèvre (last village before the sea!).
We have fallen in love with this house. My parents bought it 40 years ago and we have always renovated and looked after in order to keep up with modern comforts in Cap de la Chèvre, rated by Grand Sîte.
The location is majestic and the house is located at its heart. We can see the sea from any angle.
Lovers of nature, the sea, will not be disappointed.
There are two big bedrooms with double beds and a children's bedroom (two beds) that gives onto one of the two master bedrooms.
All bedrooms have sea view.
There is also a big bedroom/living room with TV and Mezzanine renovated in 2015 in the secluded house on the courtyard. It is ideal for young teenagers.
There is a bathroom and WC in the main house.
You can find a shower and an additional WC on the courtyard.
The large kitchen boasts a vast fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, electric hobs, many storage spaces, and small household appliances.
The house features a large living and a dining room.
