Small modern villa located in a very quiet area of Le Gosier only a few minutes from the beaches of Sainte Anne and Le Gosier.
The villa has its swimming pool in the extension of a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside of the throat.
The villa is new. It is equipped with a very practical kitchen and a bathroom with dressing room. It can accommodate up to 4 people. A very bedroom and a very good convertible sofa is located in the living room.

Escape from New York

The property and pool were both a wonderful way to escape winter. Perfect to 2 adults with a covered eating and seating area for meals, reading, relaxing and protection from any rain showers. The owners were available when needed but otherwise repected our privacy.

Vacanciers qui ont laissé le logement dans un état de saleté incroyable !!!! ( draps souillés , poubelle non vidée , vaisselle sale laissée dans l évier et des morceaux de nourriture à terre ) Je ne souhaiterai pas recevoir à nouveau ces personnes très mal élevées .

Le logement est confortable, bien aménagé et situé dans un coin très calme ce qui est parfait pour un petit moment de coupure. La propriétaire du logement est très avenante et sait se montrer disponible en cas de besoin.

Agréable petite villa, dommage que l'eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffée...., et les coupures d'eaux deviennent très énervantes... ( + de 3 jours sans eaux ) alors douche à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec le jet d'eaux froide! sympa quand vous rentrez de la plage avec vos enfants! sans compter des coupures le soir ou le matin.... pourquoi? on ne sais pas..c'est un peu général sur la Guadeloupe! du coup notre principale question à chaque fois était j'espère qu'il a de l'eau....cela devenait agaçant! La maison dispose de tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable, tout est neuf, les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets, ils ont mis à notre disposition un barbecue idéal pour les langoustes. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île, la maison est au calme.
