This beautiful 2,622 sq. ft. cabin, built by Kevin and Krissa Perry (owners of Lost Creek), features ample gravel parking, including plenty of space for a boat.
Thoughtfully designed for couples, this luxury one-bedroom suite opens into a warm, open-concept living space with stunning post oak hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV paired with a Bluetooth sound bar—perfect for relaxing nights in.
The master suite is the highlight of the cabin, featuring a king-size bed with plush bedding, a 58" wall-mounted Smart TV, and an elegant, spa-like En Suite bathroom. The bath includes marble dual vanities, soft dimmable lighting, a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, and a soaking tub positioned in front of a large glass wall that looks out onto your own private outdoor shower—accessible only through the bathroom and enclosed by an 8-foot privacy wall, open to the sky for a truly magical experience.
The gourmet kitchen boasts black stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, marble countertops, a drawer-style microwave, and a full coffee bar with a starter kit to ease into your mornings. Just off the kitchen, a full laundry room includes everything you need during your stay.

About the host
Hosted by Lost Creek Properties
Kassy's Place was completed in November 2019 by Kevin & Krissa Perry. We both grew up around the Paris, TX area in small towns. We both graduated Paris Junior College with Associates Degree's in Nursing. We have had a vacation home in Hochatown since 2007 and have been coming to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake area for many years prior. We have worked in the Healthcare Industry since 1992 and owned our own business since 1994. Healthcare being our primary business we have also worked in commercial and residential real estate since 2001 and a retail business since 2014. We have had the privilege of having spent a lot of quality time with our family and friends and have made some great memories in Hochatown over the years. One particular was watching our son and his friends grow up there spending many days on the lake and in the woods. With the recent growth we have seen in the area there are so many more things to enjoy, but not to many beat spending the day on the lake or a hike through the woods then ending it sitting around a campfire making s'mores and telling stories.
Hochatown and the lake area is such a family-oriented place where you can spend time unwinding, and reconnecting. Having owned our own business, we really needed a place to go to de-stress and just get away. There were even times when we were hesitant in going to the Cabin but as soon as we pulled into our drive it was an instant relief and could almost feel the weight lifted off our shoulders. My wife and I would always look at each other and at the same time and say, “I’m glad we came”. We have had the privilege of traveling to many places around the world and we always enjoy coming back to our cabin in the woods in Hochatown, OK and living the HochaLife!
