Wonderful location for a fun few days in St. Louis! We loved the park across the street and the neighborhood. It was easy to get to all the local tourist attractions. The kitchen was stocked though there was no breakfast for our first morning as advertised. The beds were comfortable, but the rest of the furniture is getting very worn and tired. I would recommend this as a great budget accommodation.

Be weary of the stairs! They are fairly steep and not carpeted. The place was nicely cleaned, though I’d recommend a better spare linens system, perhaps bags to help them stay fresh after laundering? The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable and we all had plenty of space. The neighborhood was amazing! The park across the street, as well as the ability to walk to Ted Drewes and Donut Drive-In were highlights of our trip.

Excellent stay! We were wanting something close to our daughter's home and we couldn't have gotten better - exactly 1 mile and a 4 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if available later this summer. Only downfall is to be aware that it is a second floor rental and if you are elderly and are unable to do stairs this would not be the property. It is clearly described in the description though!

We loved staying here. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was simple and right out front. There was a helpful welcome guide. We would stay again.

My experience at this property was outrageously bad. We arrived on a day that was nearly 100 degrees only to find that the AC had not been turned on. The place was stiflingly hot, and we relocated to a hotel for the first night. We returned to a cool unit the next day, but the there was a natural gas leak. The gas company told us to evacuate, and the owner’s son admitted that the gas smell and issue was a known problem. We ended up staying at a hotel for the rest of the time—and wasted two days of a five day trip going back and forth. The place is located right on Francis Park, which is the perfect spot, but, other than that, I can’t say anything positive. The place was untidy (cabinets were trashed and spare linens were just thrown into a closet, not folded), and a closet door was falling off. The owner refunded the stay and answered her phone promptly when I called.
