CONVENIENT LOCATION TO ANYWHERE IN ROCHESTER! Just two minutes to 104 Expressway, 2.5 miles to Rochester General Hospital, 2.8 miles to Seabreeze Amusement Park and Lake Ontario.

You will love our cozy home on a quiet, tree lined, street in Irondequoit. Due to its close proximity to all major expressways, our place is 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. All Downtown attractions are minutes away and easily accessible. Uber, Lyft & public transportation are nearby.

Overall, we had a great stay and the space served us well. Jo was a great host and very responsive. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I would say the only issue was that the description states it sleeps 11 and that is a stretch. The double bed upstairs was fine but the futon, trundle bed and cots would not be comfortable options for most people, especially any adult. Overall, I would still recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute home while moving our daughter into her dorm at RIT. It was about 20 minutes from the university, but nearby stores were much less crowded than those close to RIT. There was plenty of space for our family, the house was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very responsive!

Space was great

We had 7 guest in the house. With 2 rooms down stairs was nice, let the grown kids stay in the upstairs room.. I spoke to the owner about some of beds and asked to check in an hour early and she was very accommodating. I would Use this place again.

The kitchen was fully equipped although we were not provided with enough dishwasher pods 3 is notEnough for a weeks stay. Paying 900.00 for a week and there was only 3 pods for the dishwasher and 3 plastic garbage bags for a family of 5. House was clean, the heat and air work good.
