New luxury villa (July 2018) with heated pool (June to September), quiet, at the end of a dead end overlooking the fields.

Located in TOSSE, 6 km from the beaches, near HOSSEGOR, SEIGNOSSE, CAPBRETON. Dynamic village with all amenities (leclerc express, 2 bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, pizzeria, 2 restaurants, bar-tabac, doctor, dentist, kines, pharmacy ...)

OUTSIDE: south facing private garden with large wooden terrace, deckchairs, trampoline, barbecue ...

INTERIOR:
On the ground floor: Entrance serving a storeroom with washing machine, a separate toilet and a living room with large living room, dining area and kitchen, all facing south and overlooking the covered terrace and pool. Also on this level a south facing master suite with bed 140, private bathroom and terrace "nap corner".
On the floor: 2nd room with bed 140, cupboard and 3rd room with bed 140, cupboard + corner children with 2 bunk beds for children or teens up to 16 years. Also 2nd bathroom and 2nd toilet.

The air conditioning is installed in all rooms.

Wonderful Place

We had amazing two weeks at the house of Francoise. Our expectations were more than fulfilled. The house is very well equipped and maintained. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We will surely come back.

Great place to relax

Very nice almost brand new house in a wonderful and quiet environment in Tosse. Very good located to quickly reach all the great beaches around like Hossegor , Seignosse or Vieux Boucau. The Kids loved the pool and the trampoline. We will come back!

Lovely property. Beware of linen charges.

The property is great lovely and well suited to a family. Please be wary of linen and towel charges. At the time of booking, these were listed as included. When we driving to the property and 4 days after we had left home we were informed that we were to pay 69€ for the privilege. We agreed. On arrival I didn’t have cash so expected to be charged through the VRBO website. This was not forthcoming so I agreed to pay the charge when I returned home. On returning home I informed VRBO of this charge and situation and they stated that it was a violation of their policy and they advised not to pay. I advised the host of this, at which point they became rude and accused me of being dishonest. I am offended by this as I am following VRBO advice. It is poor form to request linen payment the day before arrival. I suspect it’s a bit of a scam to collect untaxed cash. Be wary.

Calme et authenticité

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, confortable et d'une bonne qualité. Elle est neuve et au calme avec vue sur des chevaux. La piscine est relativement petite mais largement suffisante, elle est propre et neuve aussi. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour (Juin 2019). Merci à Mme. et M. Bernatets pour leur accueil.
