This apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the pool and was in very close walking distance to the stores and restaurants in Palm Beach. Lovely, would definitely rent again.

Good location

2 washers and dryers available for all guests in condos. Only one of each worked. Need to supply own toilet paper and paper towels. Dishwasher did not work. On the plus side easy payment and getting in touch with owner. Great location. Rooms were pleasant and large. Inside was clean but outside table and chairs were not.

Dear Rose, thank you for your review. This rating and mentioned issues come as a bit of a surprise to us. We were in touch multiple times during your stay, during which you informed us everything was great and you were having a good time. We feel like these problems you describe could have been fixed easily with some short explanations; 1. Both washers and dryers work, just make sure both light switches in the room are on (for electricity supply) 2. We supply our guests with 2 rolls per bathroom. If you needed some extra, we would’ve been happy to provide you with some more. 3. The dishwasher is brand new and works fine. We would’ve been happy to explain how the new machine works. 4. Aruba is dealing with lots of Sahara sand/dust right now traveling over the Atlantic to the Caribbean. All outside spaces were thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. However, it could’ve gotten dustier a bit quicker due to the Sahara sand/dust. All in all, it is unfortunate that you didn’t make us aware of these points, especially since we checked in with you multiple times. If you would’ve asked us, we could’ve fixed all of your mentioned points just with some short explanations, resulting in a better stay for you, and a better review for us.
