Bryce Canyon, Bryan Head Ski Resort, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell & Las Vegas are all within 90 miles. Mesquite, Nevada is only 45 miles away, where gambling is legal. Relax and enjoy a live action Disney production put on by Tuacahn Center for Arts 40 minutes away. The home is in a family friendly, safe, clean neighborhood with a small hometown feel.
