Zion Hideout - The Perfect Base To Explore Zion Canyon And Surrounding Areas

Enjoy beautiful Zion while staying in this cozy vintage decorated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The living room includes two comfortable couches to kick your feet up after a long hike. There is a smart T.V. which includes Netflix, Pandora and Roku. You can also enjoy an array of books in the mid-century bookcase. Enjoy the vintage 1960's Hollywood Regency dining table... rumor has it, it belonged to Frank Sinatra's chiropractor. Cool, right? The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and pantry. A coffee pot and/or French Press is available; includes pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. You will have both bathrooms for you and your guests. All bedrooms include queen beds, closet, and dresser drawers. The master bedroom has an additional smart tv with Roku capabilities. It also includes a washer and dryer available for your use. NO SMOKING of any kind! No Parties and no pets that are not service animals. There is a $125 fee that will be collected if a service animal stays and has an accident.

I live by, "Our home is our sanctuary" therefore, I ask that you treat my home with the same regard. I want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. Please be mindful of my neighbors. They are incredible people that respect what you are there to do so please reciprocate that respect in turn by coming and going quietly. Lastly, If you have any comments/suggestions to make your stay AMAZING, please let me know.

ALSO *** I take cleaning seriously. My home is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected exceedingly well by a great team.

The only part of the home not available is the garage which has been converted into the supplies storage space.

Fantastic stay!

Had a wonderful stay with the family as we spent a couple of days at Zion. Would gladly stay here again when in the area.

Great Family getaway

This house was perfect for the family trip! We hiked, we shopped, we ate great food ( and coffee). Owner was very responsive to all my questions! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location

Had a beautiful view of mountains. Very impressed with the curb appeal and inside cleanliness. Had all the amenities needed. Very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon .Clayton was easy to contact. All went well just had trouble trying to navigate with 2 remotes for tv at night after our day out. Would use again. Wife loved the fact she had grocery store nearby.

Liked the location of the property as it was central to Zion, Snow Canyon, Silver Reef, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and plenty of BLM land to run around on. Only 3 blocks or so from Davis Grocery and Hardware. Mountainview Bible church is nice with friendly people. Carlton answered our plea for help with the A/C return air intake which was very helpful. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but is just below Rt 9 overhead. The light pollution is growing due to the increase of development, as can be expected. Nice to sit outside in the evenings and listen to the crickets though.

Great house in every respect. Equipped with everything you need. Easy drive to Zion from house. Nice patio and back yard for relaxing after a day in the Park. Very close to grocery store, too

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is close to parks, cozy, and has plenty of suppliers of everything (shampoo, towels, kitchen suppliers, etc.). Clayton is very responsive and kind, he responded to my email on Christmas day. We are grateful to have a place to call home away from home for a short time, We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great atay and great host

Host communicated very well. House was a very nice sanctuary from record heat when the AC on our car went out! Would definitely go back.

Comfortable house

The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great to cook in. The neighborhood feels safe. Communication was a little disappointing, after we arrived we were unable to contact the host. We had some questions regarding check out and what needed to be done. We did our usual taking care of the place and leaving it in good condition though. We are two women in our 70’s so we knew how to be respectful of someone’s house, lol.
