Super family friendly, so come and make some memories! Beautiful, single-level house (no stairs) with great room, 3 bedrooms (1 king bed & 2 queens), and 2 baths located on a professionally landscaped, quarter-acre lot. For your convenience, you’ll have access to the 2-car garage stocked with common baby items (highchair, 2 strollers, baby bath, swing). Laundry room with washer, dryer, complementary detergent & dryer sheets, and ironing station. Large, open kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and dining in. Oversized dining room table can double as an office space for those needing to catch up on a little work. Family room includes two comfy couches, fireplace, kids toys & books, and flat-screen TV with local channels, DVD player, and Roku. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, complementary body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Walk-in closet in master bedroom has pack-n-play, child air mattress, twin air mattress, and plenty of extra bedding, pillows, and blankets for everyone to be comfortable.

The outside is perfectly designed for private lounging & relaxing on all 4 sides. Enjoy an incredible covered front courtyard with outdoor furniture. On one side there is a covered patio with BBQ grill and a small bar. On the other side, you’ll love the grapevine covered swing in the shade. In back, you’ll find a huge, covered patio with outdoor dining & lounging furniture, hammock, gas fire pit, and large grass area.

And let’s not forget “The Barn,” a place to play! A separate structure accessible from the back yard and connected to the house by a breezeway. There you’ll find an outdoor ping pong table, board games & a game table, two baskets of children’s toys, and a TV area (DVD player) with a futon couch and 2 Big Joe loungers. A little something for everyone who just wants to hang out! The Barn is kept cool with a free-standing AC unit and a very powerful wall fan.
