Proche de tout, plage, promenade, commerce (superette les voileux, un peu plus cher mais c'est tout prÚs), restaurants, boulangerie (un pain divin), bus de ville, bus de mer, vélos en location, belle promenade jusqu'au vieux port. appartement sympa et super bien exposé avec vue sur la mer. Un seul petit bémol, la propreté de la terrasse mais cela devrait s'améliorer si le propriétaire me lit. Bref trÚs bon séjour, nous y retournerons...

Une jolie bouffée d'air iodé Atlantique

Finir l'année 2024 et démarrer 2025 face à l'Océan étaient pour nous une évidence et nous n'avons pas été déçus.L'appartement est joliment situé et tout croquignolet. Bien situé mais sale, dommage.

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, parfait pour aller Ă  la plage mais Ă©galement trĂšs facile d'aller Ă  pied jusqu'au centre de la Rochelle. NĂ©anmoins, trĂšs déçus sur la propretĂ© du logement ( la robinetterie salle de bain, cuisine sale, taches sur le tapis du salon, forte odeur Ă  notre arrivĂ©e), la cuisine est vĂ©tuste mais le propriĂ©taire nous a dit qu'elle devait ĂȘtre changĂ©e dans sa totalitĂ©.

Kann man als Paar nur empfehlen

Wir waren fĂŒr 6 Tage in La Rochelle. Die lĂ€ge der Wohnung war sehr zentral und alles per Bus oder Bootstaxi super zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Die Lage und Umgebung super. Den Strand vor der TĂŒr. Die Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. In der KĂŒche fehlt aber ein TiefkĂŒhlfach und die Ausstattung der KĂŒchenutensilien war etwas dĂŒrftig. TV war eine Katastrophe.

Appartement agrĂ©able, la vue est magnifique comme sur les photos, appartement moderne et soignĂ©. La chambre est un coin nuit . Si vous le louer en AoĂ»t , le soir peut ĂȘtre bruyant du aux personnes qui se trouvent sur la plage music.... immeuble pas trĂšs bien isolĂ©. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances. Pour une semaine c'est plutĂŽt bien situĂ© et a 1 minutes de la plage, a 30 minutes Ă  pied du centre de la Rochelle, taxi boat en 5 minutes et 15 minutes de traverser le mieux est de louer des vĂ©los yelo.

Magnifique séjour

C’est la seconde annĂ©e que nous rĂ©servons cette location. L’appartement est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et trĂšs confortable. La vue est superbe et la plage et les commerces essentiels Ă  deux pas. Vous rejoignez le centre de La Rochelle par le bateau bus Ă  150 m ou par la ligne de bus numĂ©ro 4 Ă  50m . Pas besoin de prendre la voiture durant le sĂ©jour.

Cet appartement bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un excellent emplacement et d’une suberbe vue sur la mer. Le bus de la mer (3 minutes de l’appartement) et la ligne 4 du bus de la ville (2 minutes) nous dĂ©posent au centre- ville de La Rochelle en un temps record; nous permettant de ne pas prendre la voiture. La plage, juste en face et les commerces Ă  proximitĂ© nous ont rendu le sĂ©jour bien agrĂ©able . Ajoutez Ă  cela, l’appartement confortable et joliment dĂ©corĂ© ,et vous avez tous les ingrĂ©dients pour rĂ©ussir vos vacances.
