4 of us stayed there for the weekend. Plenty of room and adequate supplies. Driveway is steep and no room for a trailer. The coffee pot is probably the slowest coffee pot in the world but it did brew coffee. All in all a nice place with plenty space for 4 grown men.

Old and dirty mobile home
Old mobile home being somewhat updated. Carpet filthy, windows and blinds: broken and dirty. Toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels not supplied. 70’s wallpaper and carpet; some vinyl flooring. Driveway steep ; beware bottoming out. I would not stay there again.

as stated in description it’s an older home but in good condition. it’s defiantly not dirty. we do have tp and paper towels to get started. if you have extended stay we do not restock. she was upset when i told her this. she was asking for bar soap and things we don’t supply.
Its rustic and nothing special, but clean and comfortable. Only issue is the steep driveway that could use some work.

Disgusting
Dangerous driveway, horrible sewer/septic smell at front door and deck. Interior was very dirty stains in carpets, soft spots in floors, bugs, spiders everywhere, incredible musty smell throughout the whole house. Mold in showers, black mold found in dinning room. TV in master did not work. Rotted frame at front and rear door no WI-FI password in welcome as indicated. Very slow drain in master bathroom. Vent in master bathroom so rusty could not shut. Would never recommend or ever stay here again
Third trip and everything was fine. Some simple things...only a single beverage glass in the place. One serving bowl that was under the sink that had been used for cleaning. Numerous light bulbs out.
Still, for our puposes, we had an excellent trip.
Overall, was good experience, but drive entrance and errosion is difficult without all wheel or 4 wheel drive. Driveway on steep hill is in need of repair, if rainy/muddy/snowy u would have to park at lower spot and walk up steep grade.
Overall a nice and quite place to get away from everything. The neighbors cats are really friendly and were a nice touch. The couch appears to have been broken several guests ago, but there is a futon and a recliner to use in the meantime.
