¡Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa en el lago ubicada en el corazón del centro de Lake Havasu! Este no es su alquiler de vacaciones todos los días ... nuestra casa se mantiene meticulosamente. Esta casa adosada de un nivel cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, un garaje para un automóvil, con cómodos sofás que dan al lago. ¡Qué podría ser mejor que eso! El complejo ofrece una piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y área de picnic / barbacoa comunitaria.

A poca distancia de Rotary Park, golf, tiendas, restaurantes, el famoso London Bridge y English Village.

Este es un complejo popular entre los Snowbirds.

Great Condo

The Condo was very clean, well stocked, furnished comfortably and perfectly located to the London Bridge and its amenities. The Condo also had a one car garage and guest parking as well. Perfect for six guests. We highly recommend and would stay there again and again

Clean and friendly environment

The Condo Itself was clean and updated. The Complex was very well-maintained. The Pool and Hot tub are clean and very well maintained. We had a great time on our trip because our accommodations were refreshing.

Perfect Stay

This is the perfect place for a lake getaway. Comfortable, clean, well appointed throughout. Nice view of the lake from the front patio to enjoy in the morning or evening. Janell was absolutely great answering questions in advance of our stay and a couple questions when we arrived. She was very accommodating to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend!!!!

Lovely home with a lake view

We enjoyed the lake view. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, and host Janell is really helpful and quickly respond to our inquiries. My family and I had a great time staying in here.

The property has everything you need, the location is perfect with the most beautiful view of the lake. It was perfect for my husband and my self and our 2 daughters each had their own room. I highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend at the lake

We were lucky enough to snag this property for a quick weekend at the lake. Janell was so sweet and great at getting back to me with my questions & even recommended some kid friendly restaurants for us! House was clean and kitchen was well stock with essential to cook with. We loved staying at this property. Janelle has it decorated so cute, its super close to the lake, and has a wonderful view of the lake. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning looking at the lake.

Perfect get-away

Had a great time at this cozy home. Janell is a great host. This home was perfectly set up and she even set the temperature for us prior arriving. The home is located minutes from the water. We look forward to returning for future River time.
