The 'Villa Sole Rossu' is located in a very quiet environment at the end of a dead end in a residential area in the heights of Alzone.
Less than 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport, it is a central starting point to visit Corsica: Calanques of Piana, Cargèse, Filitosa, Propriano, Sartène, Bonifacio, swimming in rivers and many other wonderful sites.
The beach of Agosta is 2,5km, 5 minutes by car. The famous Silver Beach is 15min.
Small shops (pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.) and restaurants are located on the edge of Agosta beach, Carrefour Market Porticcio 10 minutes and major shopping centers of Ajaccio 20 minutes.
Agosta dive center, nautical center, golf course and equestrian center of Porticcio 10 minutes.

From Porticcio, you can easily reach the old port of Ajaccio by boat or discover the creeks of Piana and the Scandola reserve.
