Charming apartment in Ramblas area

End of refurbishment: February 2017. This is a charming flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located a few meters from Las Ramblas and a few minutes walk from the beach. In addition to enjoying the great comfort of the flat, you can relax and enjoy the sun on the large Chill Out terrace of the building, which we have equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and showers.
A special light and the colour of the sea are two basic ingredients that define a Mediterranean city like Barcelona. That is why we wanted to bring these elements inside this flat in Barcelona.
This is a comfortable and quiet flat in the Colón Building of EnjoyBCN, located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas, the port and a few minutes walk from the beach. In a private passage, which is closed at night for your peace of mind. It is a functional flat, recently renovated, with a charming design and a versatility that makes it an ideal flat for families with or without children. The icing on the cake is on the terrace: a spectacular chill out area with solarium, made with natural and sustainable materials where you can enjoy the warm winter sun or take a dip in the wonderful swimming pool in summer.
Feel the Mediterranean at home.
Access on foot: A few metres from Las Ramblas and numerous restaurants and cafés. 8 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia (the city's main shopping avenue where you will find the best shops of brands such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton, among others) and a quarter of an hour from Barceloneta beach.
By metro: One minute from Barceloneta beach. Just 3 minutes from Vila Olímpica, Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Catalunya, 6 stations from Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell and 7 minutes from Montjuïc.
The communal rooftop swimming pool is 4.25 metres long and 2 metres wide.

This is very close to Las Rambla and a short walk from the seaside and very close to taxi stands to get around the city. The apartment was very nice comfortable. Great stay.
