The flat has a comfortable terrace with a large table and outdoor seating area. The living room is pleasant and bright, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools available for cooking. The flat is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wifi and smart tv.

Located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, the apartment is only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contemporary art museum.

Parking and bus stop in front of the building and Sant Antoni metro station only 2 minutes away.

Modern Property in an Excellent Location
This property was very clean and modern. We only stayed one night because we were returning to Barcelona the night before our flight and it fit our needs and price. We wish we had stayed at this property on the first half of our trip. The location was closer and more fun than the location we stayed at close to the Arc. Just outside the building is a great area to walk and is a short walk to the most popular attractions. One big plus is there is a parking garage directly outside the front door that has a negotiated daily rate of 14euro for this who drive. Convenience was perfect at this property.

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the apartment. The location is perfect with everything you need close by and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. A short walk to all the main sights. We highly recommend.

Fabulous stay!
I traveled to Barcelona with a group of 6 girls from the US. Eduardo was very accommodating, he gave great recommendations and helped to book an early morning cab on our way home. The property was in a quiet area, we had some difficulty finding nearby bars that were open late (past 12:30) but that was not a problem. Close metro or 20 minute walk from some busier areas. Very comfortable beds, clean apartment and the balcony was great. There was a pretty strict noise restriction, though it was not really an issue. We received a text to keep the noise down 1x while we were playing music at around 10:30, but again not an issue we just turned it off. Overall, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Nice area but.
Communication with the rental service was great. The property honestly seemed like a very basic hotel. It was clean but rather spartan. The kitchen set up is not adequate for any real food prep, and there aren’t any plugs on the island to make coffee or tea. You have to set the maker on a plastic cart to reach the wall plugs. The most disappointing part of our stay was the noise from construction going on right next door, starting at 7:00am on Monday morning. Luckily we arrived on Friday and no construction over the weekend! The area this apartment is very nice and walkable with many restaurants close. The beds are comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. Depending on your needs and the status of the construction it could be a good stay. I would suggest asking about if the construction is finished before booking.
