The apartment features three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. The bright living area offers a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a safe box. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Awesome host and beautiful apartment and location. Host greeted us (had great communication leading up to our arrival) and gave great tourist tips and walked us through the apartment. Great location and nice common areas with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo was perfect place to stay in Barcelona. Beds, bathrooms nd kitchen were moderen and clean. Nice patio and very quiet. It is close enough to everything to walk to ( Gothic area, church, market and restaurants) but away from the crowds and noise. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood in Barcelona!!! Highly recommend. I had a party of 6 and the balcony was our favorite place to gather at the end of the night. Junior and his associates were very responsive to my questions both pre-stay and during the stay. We arrived in the morning before check-in and were able to store our luggage in a locked room here so we could explore the city. When the apartment was ready, I received a message and met Junior at the apartment. He showed us around and gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants and also arranged a taxi for the airport when we left. So pleased with everything here.

Lovely Loft

A great spot in a nice location with easy access to interesting sights, cafes, restaurants, and more. We survived the brutal heat wave with air conditioning, enjoyed access to laundry, and it was overall a solid spot for lounging between bouncing around Barcelona.

Spent the last 2 nights of our trip in Spain here and wow, excellent place for the 5 of us! 3 bedrooms, soaring ceilings, huge terrace, large/clean bathrooms and living area. Wish we had stayed here earlier! Its easy to get around and walk to the sites/Gothic Quarter. It is a 25 min walk to the port/beaches but that was not a big deal. Smooth check in process with Joanna! I'd stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

Great location where you can walk to most anything if you choose. Also convenient to Metro and nearby markets, pharmacy, and cafes. Like most real estate listings, the photos are from back when like new. Now a little worn. Had trouble with shower drain and A/C but manager was responsive.
