The apartment is on the 1st floor, has air conditioning throughout, a large sunny terrace (facing south) with views of the golf course. Located just 400 m from the beach with beautiful hikes along the coast.

The apartment is located in a secure day and night complex with three swimming pools, lush tropical gardens, underground parking, lift, with a choice of excellent restaurants, shops, bars, superb shopping complexes, bus stop at proximity. This apartment has a very nice fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer. The living room is furnished with high-end furniture, 102 cm high-definition television with decoder to receive the radio and 140 French, English, German, Spanish and Russian channels.
DVD player also present.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed with en-suite bathroom, the second with 2 beds, a sofa with an integrated double bed which is located in the living room.

The bathrooms are well equipped with bath / shower and underfloor heating. The windows are double glazed, the fully soundproofed walls will ensure that your tranquility and privacy remains intact. Punta prima apartment

This apartment is lovely, its fully equipped in a great location and the complex its in is beautiful with 3 pools and beautifully kept gardens.Would definitely stay again.

A Great Place To Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment, it was good the first time we stayed and just as good second time, in fact better as the electric shutter now fitted is a vast improvement on the previous ones fitted. An excellent stay and I would recommend this property for any one visiting this area

Nice Place To Stay

This is a nice very well equipped property on a very nice urbanisation, the owner is very helpful, and has good communication skills, the owners local property coordinator Valeria is also helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surrounding areas - I would definitely recommend this property to both - Couples and Families alike. Great apartment in a safe secure area

I have just returned from a week at this lovely apartment, 1733850. It had everything for all our needs. I travelled with my 2 children, aged 12 and 14 and my father. The apartment is within a gated complex, with 3 wonderful heated pools. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we had a very enjoyable time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone

El alojamiento está bien. El piso es de buen tamaño aunque los colchones son un poco antiguos, sobre todo el del sofá cama. La urbanizacion está muy bien, con tres piscinas.He de decir que las personas encargadas de recoger las llaves quisieron ver el piso el día anterior a las 8 de la tarde. Para nosotros supuso cambiar planes y llegaron tarde. El día de salida nos dijeron que venían a las 10 y otra vez nos hicieron esperar.

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons apprécié l'accueil de Valérie. La résidence est très propre et sécurisée nos enfants pouvaient y circuler en toute sécurité. L'appartement est bien et spacieux mais la cuisine est petite et manque un peu de rangements mais à part cela tout est très bien. Je recommande vivement !

Super séjour

La résidence est très belle et agréable avec ces 3 piscines tout le monde y trouve son compte. L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et très spacieux avec ces petits plus comme le balcon et la salle de bain privative dans une des chambres. L'emplacement est idéal à l'écart au calme mais aussi pas loin des commerces et des activités et du centre ville. À refaire et à recommander.

La Entrada Punta Prima

We had a wonderful stay in La Entrada 😊 So near the beach and all amenities. We especially enjoyed the 3 pools at the complex. The apartment was perfect for us and had all the appliances and utensils we needed for the week. A great holiday overall 👌

It’s a lovely apartment in beautiful grounds

The booking of the apartment went smoothly right from the start & Fabien the owner was really helpful. We were met at the apartment by Valerie who is lovely & showed us everything. We were very happy with the apartment & the furnishings. It was wonderful to have the sun coming in through the patio doors every morning. We had 4 weeks & really enjoyed ourselves. Although not entirely necessary, on a long stay during the winter we think a car is an advantage. The apartments are a few hundred yards from the sea, with no main roads to cross. We would definitely use this apartment again, I would recommend it except I want it to be available when I want to go again Ha Ha !

Nice apartment in a good area

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was clean and we didn´t miss anything. We were traveling with 3 children and the owner had got a baby cot and baby chair for us. The area was nice with children´s swimming pool right outside. The local contact was very helpful when we locked ourself out from the apartment. It´s walking distance from restaurants, beach and supermarket.

The description of the place was very accurate. The apartment is in very good condition, well located and very good furniture. Pools were nice aswell as the parking. We loved the stay there. A small beach in walking distance, but with the car there are many big beaches close
