The apartment has air conditioning throughout, of a large sun terrace overlooking the sea and the golf course. Just 400 meters from the beach with lovely walks along the coast.
The apartment is in a secure complex day and night with three pools, one heated from December to February, lush tropical gardens, underground parking, elevator, with a great choice restaurants, shops, bars, superb shopping complexes, bus stop nearby. This apartment has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer. The living room is furnished with upscale furniture, high definition TV 102cm with decoder for French channels, English, German and over 1,000 other international channels, dvd.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double bed with en-suite bathroom, the second with 2 beds, a sofa with built-in double bed located in the lounge.
The bathrooms are well equipped with bath / shower. The windows are double glazed, fully soundproofed walls will ensure that your peace and privacy remains intact. Well placed for airports, with Alicante and Murcia 40 minutes to 20 minutes, Welcome to the Entrada Punta Prima Beach

Thierry,s Apartment is a very nice place to stay everything we needed to enjoy our holiday was catered for the balcony is enjoyable with sun all day and loungers to enjoy the sun we would have no hesitation in recommending Tierrys 3rd floor apmnt to any potential holiday maker and we would stay there in the future should we return to Punta Prima

This was just perfect. Clean, modern , Cable TV, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Brilliant balcony for getting the sun. Bus. stops nearby (ideal if you don’t have a car) Could mot fault it.

A perfect stay

We had a wonderful long stay at this apartment. Perfectly sized for a family of four, with high speed Internet too! All of the appliances are in fantastic working order and the view from the balcony is perfect. Even though we were there when the storms hit, the apartment served us well. Ideal for families that love the beach, given there's a variety of beaches within a 15 minute walk. Though location has to be one of its best points. There's plenty of places to eat nearby, and even a supermarket too. Torrevieja, San Miguel, cartagena and guardamar all easily commutable.

Fantastic location but needs attention

This property is v well positioned close to a range of local amenities, the surroundings on the development are beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the view from the terrace, although the photo on the site is rather out of date it is still possible to glimpse the sea between the newly built blocks on the seafront. We had a fantastic holiday but had a number of issues with the property. The apartment is well equipped with everything required for a stay. However, we were all very disappointed with the standard of general maintenance and cleanliness in the apartment. The terrace had not been cleaned properly and the louvre shutters were thick with dust and grime and had not been touched for sometime I suspect. The bedroom windows were filthy on the outside in between the shutters. The pillows smelt sweaty and unwashed and I feel need replacing. The cupboards in the kitchen had to be cleaned by us on arrival as they were not hygienic. General maintenance issues require attention and as for the air con, I have no idea when it was last serviced or maintained. We were not able to tolerate using it much as the putrid smell was totally overpowering. The owner has assured me he is visiting shortly and will address the issues, he has also offered me a discount on my next stay but I have no intention of returning to this particular property. I would however return to the development and to the area.

Location, lay out excellent. However, wobbly tap, broken chair, torn curtain, rusty clothes drier, toaster and kettle dangerous. Bedlinnen had holes in them. Bolster pillow uncomfortable. Shower curtain needs replacement. Internet weak. Oven and freezer drawers had crums and not clean. Crockery not 100% clean. It is basically a very good flat but requires attention.

Estuvimos el verano pasado, en familia con 4 hijos. La urbanización está muy bien, tranquila y cómoda para bajar a la piscina. Pero el apartamento no nos gustó, sabanas rotas, en la cocina una gotera, toallas cada una de un tipo, enchufes sacados, utensilios de playa antiguos... Lo que si era una maravilla es el sistema de tv, tiene todas las cadenas europeas y Netflix. La terraza también estaba muy bien para cenar. En cuanto a playas las cercanas no nos gustaron y fuimos a otras en coche. Lo que realmente no nos gusto fue la mala comunicación con el propietario, que era por mail, y que habla francés. Y la desgana con que nos atendió la persona que tenía encargada en la zona, la cual ante los problemas planteados pasaba de todo. Esta fue nuestra experiencia que espedo sea útil a otras familias.

Everything was easy and simple

Both Thierry and Frederic were easy to book with and we couldn't have wished for an easier process. The apartment was as the photos and description and easy to find thanks to Frederic, check in and out was again easy once again thanks to Frederic. We would certainly consider this property again should we return to Punta Prima.

Toller Urlaub, herrliches Wetter

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was wir für die Selbstverpflegung benötigt haben. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön, wir konnten auch abends teilweise noch auf der Terrasse sitzen und das Klima genießen. Ein paar Details sollen aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Das Titelfoto der Anzeige stammt nicht aus der Anlage selbst, sondern aus der Nachbaranlage, und der freie Blick auf das Meer dürfte schon längere Zeit von neuen Blocks in Strandnähe verbaut sein. Die meisten der neuen Anlagen sind bereits längere Zeit fertig, weitere werden gebaut. Für uns hat das allerdings keine Einschränkung bedeutet. Zugang zur Tiefgarage hatten wir nicht, weil der Handsender nicht verfügbar war. Auch das war kein Problem, weil es um die Anlage herum genug Parkplätze gibt. Zum Ent- und Beladen wäre es allerdings hilfreich gewesen. Der von Dezember bis Februar beheizte Pool blieb kalt, weil es offenbar einen Defekt an der Heizungsanlage gab. Dieser "Defekt" wurde aber über die gesamte Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (11 Nächte) nicht behoben, der Pool blieb kalt. Das war nun allerdings schon blöd, weil wir den Kindern mit dem "beheizten Pool" eine lange Nase gemacht hatten und sie dann stattdessen ein langes Gesicht machten und wir in der Folge nochmal in Neopren-Anzüge investiert haben. Dennoch: der Aufenthalt auch im Winter ist zu empfehlen. Die Strände sind weitgehend menschenleer und wenn man die Zähne zusammenbeißt, kann man sogar ins Meer gehen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Que demander de plus....

Nous avons passez de très belles vacances à Torrevieja, dans le très beau appartement, tout à fait conforme aux photos, entièrement équipé, rien ne manque. (il y a même le caddy pour faire l’immense marché de Torrevieja) La résidence est magnifique avec de très beaux jardins et piscines. L’appartement est très propre, très lumineux, avec une grande terrasse très bien exposée avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons également apprécié la place de parking en sous sol pour la voiture. Accueil parfait par Valérie et Pedro qui sont toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Dans cette région il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter, nous avons été à Alicante, Elche entre autres. Les deux lagunes de Torrevieja sont également magnifiques. A voir également le très beau centre commercial de la Zénia. Pour résumer, si nous revenons dans cette région, ce sera dans cet appartement.

Vacances inoubliables !!

magnifique séjour en Espagne à Torrevieja dans l'appartement de Thierry. Il est encore plus beau que sur les photos qui ne correspondent pas tout fait (notamment les chambres où les lits sont plus récents et décorées avec soin). Sinon tout le reste correspond bien à la description. La région est splendide ! Nous vous recommandons la plage de la Mata, la visite des deux lagunes (pensez aux jumelles), le château d'Allicante et surtout passez une journée sur l'île de Tabarca. C'est un endroit magique. Prévoir le masque et le tuba pour voir les poissons ! L'accueil par Valérie et Pedro est très bon également. En 15 jours, nous n'avons pas pu tout faire, donc nous espérons y retourner dès que possible !! En conclusion, c'est vraiment une belle location et un bon rapport qualité/prix.

There is also bowling, a night market, a permanent fair, picnics under the shade of palm groves, large beaches with cafes and playgrounds for children, and a coastal walkway. Enjoy the many restaurants, bars, attractions, boutiques, markets, beaches, marina, water park and water sports. A bit further, visit Alicante and its castle, Elche and its palm grove, and the historic Orihuela. Golf lovers will be satisfied because just a few minutes’ drive away, there are more than 5 well-designed courses ranging from the easiest to the most difficult. There are many opportunities to play water sports along the coast.
Try scuba diving close to the Tabarca Islands nearby, next to the Torrevieja coast on south Costa Blanca where there is an underwater shipwreck and reef diving. La Manga and Cabo de Palos are close to Islas Hormigas (the marine reserve). During winter the temperatures are at least 13° C and are more than 29° C in summer with a minimum visibility of 15 to 25 metres. The underwater landscape is spectacular with diving sites for both experienced and beginner divers. This region is very popular among divers, and there is wind-surfing and water skiing on Menor Sea.
