Este elegante apartamento de diseño, completamente renovado, es la opción ideal para descubrir Granada. Su cuidada decoración y muebles de alta calidad crean un ambiente acogedor donde te sentirás como en casa. Incluye una plaza de aparcamiento para vehículo de tamaño medio (acceso algo estrecho).

La amplia y luminosa sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá, Smart TV y una zona de comedor. Desde aquí, se accede a una encantadora terraza, perfecta para relajarse mientras contemplas las vistas de la ciudad.

El dormitorio principal dispone de una cama doble de gran confort, y el segundo dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales. La cocina y el baño están totalmente equipados con electrodomésticos modernos y todas las comodidades necesarias.

Ubicado en la emblemática acera del Darro, este apartamento se sitúa a pocos pasos de los principales atractivos turísticos de Granada, como la Catedral y Plaza Nueva. El pintoresco barrio del Albaicín y la Alhambra quedan igualmente cerca, a un agradable paseo. Una experiencia única y privilegiada que te espera en este apartamento.

Excellent location to enjoy Granada. Cute apartment.Very tight parking. Issues with the air conditioning. Property manager tried to fix. First would not turn on, then we could not turn it off or adjust the temp. Appreciated availability of manager. Overall good stay.

It was lovely and clean with lots of space for 4 of us. I wouldn't advise bringing a car unless you are experinced in driving in tight spaces. And you can walk almost everywhere. Great location.

Beautiful apartment in Granada

We had a really nice week in Granada and the apartment contributed to that. A big drawback, however, was the underground car park. It's far too small for a normal car and that wasn't visible on the website. But everything else was OK.

Modern and clean on the surface. Pillows and mattress stained. Wardrobe door off rollers. Washing machine drawer caked in mold. No appropriate system for check-out if using the car park. Good location but very noisy.

Granada during the power outage!

We arrived the afternoon of the power outage, which was interesting, to say the least! We lost communication with Amira right when we were trying to check in, but once we reconnected she was wonderful, as was Danny in the admin office in the lobby. The elevator wasn't running till the next day, and he carried our heavy suitcases all the way to the 5th floor! Having been down with a respiratory thing for a few days prior, we didn't do our normal walking around, but were able to do our tour of Alhambra, which was incredibly beautiful. The apartment itself had everything we needed...the bathroom would have needed to be larger if we actully had 4 adults though, which you could do with the two bedrooms. We'd stay there again though as it worked well for us!

Good for 2 people and nice location.

The apartment was smaller than expected (advertised for up to 6 people) and was more appropriate for 2. To use the dining table we had to move the couch, coffee table and it was still a tight squeeze. The kitchen only had enough silverware for 3 people, the smallest espresso maker, and was not well provisioned especially if one wants to cook a full meal. The AC was placed at the far end of the apartment and did not reach the two bedrooms or the bathroom. The AC drains onto the small balcony so the floor was wet. The wifi was intermittent. There is plenty of closet space and the apartment is quite clean, newly painted and quiet even though it is on a busy street. The department store and supermarket are very close, as well as smaller "alimenation" corner stores. Taxis and buses are nearby and it is walkable to all the major attractions.

City break in Granada

We have just returned from a city break in Granada staying in this wonderful apartment. It was lovely and modern, clean and comfortable, just as you see it advertised. It had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable with plenty of storage space. Really good water pressure in the shower. Wifi was great, everything worked perfectly. There were two lifts to your floor with a car parking space in the basement, really useful if you would like to have the use of the car on some days to explore the surrounding area outside the city. From the balcony you could look out to the snowcapped Sierra Nevada and also the Alhambra. The taxi rank was close by which we used for city sightseeing and was usually in the region of 4 to 5 euros. Very good location for for all sightseeing ie Alhambra etc. Restaurants, cashpoints and a supermarket were all in the street below so everything was in easy reach. Carlos was fantastic and met us on arrival and guided us into the car park (tight but good to have) and then went through places of interest which was a help and he was on the end of the phone if you needed anything further. All in all a really good experience and would highly recommend it.

Un alojamiento ideal para conocer granada

El apartamento es precioso y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, incluyendo aceite, café, azucar, sal... y el menaje de cocina necesario. Sorprende lo bien aislado que está del ruido exterior, porque la calle tiene bastante tráfico pero al cerrar la puerta del balcón no se oye nada en el interior. Está un paseito de la zona centro, y en una zona que tiene de todo en cuanto a tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, etc... Un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Magnificient apartment and excellent location

Excellent apartment with wonderful views. This apartment is placed in the center of Granada, very close to the emblematic monuments of Granada. The apartment has an excellent decor, it is very comfortable and it was very clean. I travelled with my husband and we spent a great team in this city.

Magnifique appartement dans un endroit de luxe

Merveilleuse ville pour profiter des architectures différentes et une cuisine spectaculaire. Une charmante ville que nous prévoyons d'y retourner. Je voyageais avec ma femme et mes enfants, l'appartement est fantastique. Appartement très spacieux avec beaucoup de soleil et par personne checkin et le propriétaire était adorable. Lits très confortables et la salle de bains très mignon. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un séjour merveilleux, pour se détendre et profiter de l'une des meilleures villes en Andalousie

Luxury apartment

Excellent apartment in the center of Granada. Luxury apartment with lovely and fabulous views. My family and me spent and excellent stay in this apartment, near city center where you can visit on foot the more popular monuments of Granada. The checkin person was excellent and very nice with us. The apartment is advisable 100%. When we come back to this wonderful city, we book again this great apartment.

AGREABLE à vivre et bien situé

Appartement conforme à la promesse du site internet. Localisation proche du centre, commerces à proximité, vue sur la ville agréable. Le garage, malgré une accessibilité délicate, reste un vrai "plus" compte tenu des contraintes du stationnement urbain. La literie est confortable. L'ensemble de l'appartement très propre et lumineux est bien adapté pour 4 personnes. Merci à Carlos pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils.

Perfektes Apartment für einen Granada City Trip

Sauber, hell und neu, für 2 Personen großzügig und komfortabel, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert. Gute Isolierung gegen die etwas lärmige Straße, man hört von innen nichts. Sehr gut gelegen, um Granada zu Fuß zu erkunden. Carlos hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen.

joli appartement

Bel appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé, le stationnement est un plus, même si les manœuvres pour se garer sont un peu compliquées. Si vous souhaitez y séjourner en été, il faut savoir que la climatisation n'est présente que dans le salon-salle à manger. Il y n'y en a pas dans les chambres. l'une d'elle est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond (un peu bruyant pour dormir) et l'autre chambre ne dispose de rien,ni climatisation ni ventilateur.

Great downtown location, modern, parking included

A clean, modern condo well equipped. Located near the heart where major attractions, markets, restaurants are all within a 10-20 min walk. Time in Malaga was great but our travel group liked Granada. Included free underground parking....a must in Granada if you are driving!!!!! Reservation and check-in process easy.

Schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Perfekte Wohnung mitten in der Stadt, sodaß man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Ausstattung und ist (obwohl an einer großen Straße) sehr ruhig. Nur Vorsicht: Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein (im Fahrweg sind einige Pfeiler, die das Durchkommen erschweren). Mit unsererem Opel Insignia sind wir kaum raus gekommen (das war Millimeterarbeit). Mit einem kleien Auto ist die Garage direkt im Haus aber absolut perfekt.

Exceptional location in Granada

The apartment is within walking distance of most of the must-see things in Granada; historic sites, restaurants, running trail along the river, etc. It worked perfectly for our family of three, we enjoyed our stay and felt like being home.

Great apartment. Great Owners, Great Location

The apartment was beautiful but there was no coffee table (to put your wine glass on!), we mentioned this to Luis and the next day the owners turned up with a new one! They are very nice people and could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very clean, nice bed linen and exactly as shown on the photographs. The parking is a little tight, as another reviewer mentioned, but you are in the city centre and an apartment with parking is always hard to find. We have a mid-size car and it was fine. We stayed over 4 weeks and found the apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay with very comfortable furniture, the central location made everywhere walkable

Great apartment, great owners, great company

The apartment was beautiful but there was no coffee table (to put your wine glass on!), we mentioned this to Luis and the next day the owners turned up with a new one! They are very nice people and could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very clean, nice bed linen and exactly as shown on the photographs. The parking is a little tight, as another reviewer mentioned, but you are in the city centre and an apartment with parking is always hard to find. We have a mid-size car and it was fine. We stayed over 4 weeks and found the apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay with very comfortable furniture, the central location made everywhere walkable. We would recommend staying here.

We liked our stay at Amira Design apartment a lot.

The apartment was exactly what we expected: beautyful, wonderful view, midtown but quiet, everything there, what we needed, the owner very friendly an told us a lot about Granada. Next time, we would rent a smaller car, because to park our big car in the Garage was challenging. Happy that the apartment was midtown, so we didn't need the car during our stay. Next time in Granada, we will book the same apartment.

Retirement Vacation

First, let me say, the property was in a great location, was very clean, and Carlos who checked us in was excellent even though we got lost driving to the apartment. We also thank him for parking our rental vehicle in the tiny garage and for his suggestions for local restaurants! The bed in the master was also very comfortable. My reason for the LOW rating is because of the following reasons: After we left the apartment and were 2 hours down the road we realized we had left our 2 jackets and a very special scarf which had been a gift to me from my brother. We called immediately and asked if we should drive back to retrieve the items or if they could mail them to us at our home in the United States. Over the next few days we exchanged emails and Luis agreed to have the items mailed to our home. We even agreed on an extremely (I felt) high price for the mailing - up to $150.00. In addition, he asked for our address information which we provided. We have been home several weeks and have not received our items! Especially concerning is that Luis does not now return any phone or email messages we have sent. I was especially attached to the scarf (gift) and that is why we even had asked if we needed to drive back to Granada. We have rented many places thru VRBO around the US and Europe and this is the first problem we have experienced. Cathy M.

Spectacular apartment with stunning location

Wonderful city in the south of Spain. This city has spectacular monuments for enjoying of your stay. The Alhambra and Gran Vía are beautiful place that you cant forget in your stay in Granada. Our second stay in Granada was better than the first because the chosen apartment has been spectacular. This apartment has a prime location (center of Granada), an excellent decor and it is bright. The owner was very friendly and he gave us an excellent atention in our stay.
