Two doors from micro brewery/coffee house. 6 Blocks from beautiful Sleepy Eye Lake and trail system. 4 blocks from Family Aquatic Center. 5 Blocks from St. Mary's Catholic Church, most beautiful church in rural Minnesota. 12 miles to New Ulm, Schell's Brewery, festivals, Octoberfest, Heritagefest, Bockfest, etc. Hockey, baseball and softball tournaments. Vintage apartment stuck in the 1950's from the french doored sunroom, to the metal cupboard kitchen, to the claw foot tub. Gorgeous south side sun room with dining nook.
