Custom built in the summer of 2007, the lodge features a commercial kitchen, and full-picture windows to view the river. With southern exposure the deck is an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking views of bald eagles and beautiful sunsets. The house is fully furnished, and a private-chef is available upon request. It's a fisherman's paradise! The owners Jim Bansemer and son Kenton Bansemer are full time fishing guides for Salmon and Steel head. Specializing with premium fly fishing trips on wild and scenic stretches of the river. It's a unique property for those of all ages, situated in the small, community based and visitor friendly town of Klamath. One mile north is the famous, Trees of Mystery, where visitors can glimpse and experience famous Redwood trees and other age old mysteries. Turn down Requa road off of Highway 101 and take the first left down Hughes all the way to the river. We are located inside a little campground and have R Vs in the peek of the season to the right of the Lodge. The lodge features a full view of the river. We have kayaks, a horse shoe pit, and always try and have fresh smoked salmon on hand!
