Cottage from 1858 fully restored for 3 people of 60 m2 at the gates of Angers (15 kms) with on the ground floor a living room and an open kitchen with underfloor heating, on the 1st floor a large bedroom of over 20 m2 with a bed two people and a single bed, the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is a terrace outside and a private parking space on enclosed land accessed by an automatic gate.
