About this property

2-bedroom detached house for 4 to 6 people

Single storey house with its garden that can accommodate 5 to 7 people. Located 10 minutes from the center of Angers and close to buses and shops. Easy access by the ring road. The Loire and the Loire bike circuit are nearby.
Baby equipment on request. If necessary, we can optionally take care of the exit cleaning and / or supply you with sheets and towels. Just tell us when you book. The tourist tax is included in the price of the reservation.

Single storey house of 72m² and its garden of approximately 150m² with 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with sofa bed, dining room / veranda, kitchen equipped, separate shower room and WC. In the garden: table, parasol, barbecue, outdoor lighting. Outbuilding locked to store your bikes.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec également un espace en terrasse et véranda. Cuisine bien équipée. Rue calme avec commerces proches a quelques minutes à pied. Centre ville d'Angers facilement accessible en voiture ou bus.

Dans une petite maison au calme proche des commerces (5min à pied), et des transports pour aller à Angers si vous voulez laissé la voiture ; nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les activités sont à bonne distance afin de préserver le calme du quartier.

Agreable we à Angers et alentours

Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité concernant les horaires d'arrivée et départ, la disponibilite pour répondre à nos questions, la maison dans son ensemble (simple mais fonctionnelle) et la véranda en particulier (parfaite pour nos dîners à 6 !) et l'emplacement (proche d'Angers, des maisons troglodytes, champignonnieres, etc). Nous avons eu un souci de bruit pendant la nuit à cause du chauffage, mais Mickaël a déjà du s'en occuper ! On recommande :)

fonctionnel et bien situé

Le logement est fonctionnel et situé à proximité immédiate d 'ANGERS. Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité lors de l'entrée dans les lieux et pour la remise des clés en fin de séjour. La literie est confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. Seul petit bémol, prévoyez 15€/lit si vous souhaitez des draps et serviettes. Attention aux chaises dans la cuisine et à la table basse dans le salon, les meubles sont un peu fatigués. Bonne adresse. Contact très sympa avec les propriétaires.
