The house on the edge of the hamlet of Lapras, is independent, near the owner's guest house. This stone house offers all the charms of Ardechoise life. It is surrounded by greenery and 5 ha of forest. Covering an area of 80 m2, it has 4 rooms: large kitchen / living room, lounge with insert and library, a master bedroom with 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
