About this property
Villa du Morne d'Orange
This vacation home is an exceptional villa with a pool located on the heights of Saint Pierre on the north Caribbean coast of Martinique. Featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one children's room (4 beds) and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 travelers. A fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with TV complete the interior layout. The large garden facing the sea offers beautiful fruit trees (guava, mango, cherry...), and a large relaxation area. A large L-shaped terrace around the pool offers various relaxation areas and a dining area facing the sea.
Villa composition:
Covered terrace
3.5m x 7.4m pool secured by a safety barrier
Recently renovated fully equipped kitchen
Living room
Three air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito nets: 1 master bedroom (double bed 160x200) with en-suite bathroom (WC, shower), 1 double bedroom (double bed 160x200), 1 children's room (1 bunk bed and 1 trundle bed)
A second bathroom (WC, shower).

Please note that Villa Morne d'Orange is a traditional wooden villa with natural ventilation through louvers allowing the trade winds to pass (no glass windows, only shutters).
Nature enthusiasts will have plenty of options to organize various hikes, such as the Prêcheur to Grand Rivière excursion, the stroll to Cascade Couleuvre, walking along the Beauregard Canal, exploring the cliffs of Falaise, and Mount Pelée.
Numerous stunning beaches are worth a visit for an afternoon of relaxation: Anse Couleuvre, Anse Turin located between Le Carbet and Saint-Pierre, as well as the beaches of Guingette, Fond Corré, and La Paillotte in Saint-Pierre. La Paillotte beach is also the starting point for maritime shuttles to Dominica and Guadeloupe.
Diving enthusiasts will have the opportunity to explore breathtaking underwater landscapes and discover numerous shipwrecks. Several diving clubs on the waterfront of Saint-Pierre offer outings and excursions.
Take the time to stroll through the streets of Saint-Pierre to discover the remnants of the old city destroyed during the eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902. Then, head to the covered market to buy local fruits and vegetables, or cross the road to visit the Alsace restaurant in Kay - the only Alsatian establishment on the island! Two other addresses to remember are Kai Raymond's for fresh fruit juice and Le Fromager for enjoying a Creole meal while admiring the sea view.
At the exit of the airport, at the roundabout, go straight ahead, cross the bridge and at the roundabout turn left towards Fort de France.
Continue straight on the A1 towards Fort de France, then Schoelcher. Drive for 12.7 kilometers. Once you arrived at the roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout (the casino is on your left and the Géant Batelière shopping centre on your right), go straight ahead. At the third roundabout, go straight ahead.
Drive 21.6 kilometres straight ahead, towards Case Pilote/ St Pierre. You will cross the villages of Case Pilote and Bellefontaine until you reach Le Carbet, which you will cross. Continue straight ahead until you reach Saint-Pierre.
You will have to cross the city centre of Saint-Pierre on the main road towards Le Prêcheur. Just before the cathedral, turn right on Croix Luoisy. Continue on the road until you pass the cemetery and turn onto the road of Morne d'Orange which rises on your right. Continue on this road up to the intersection.
The villa du Morne d'Orange is on your right.
