We kregen deze woning aangeboden ipv een andere geboekte woning. Deze lag aan het strand, de andere niet maar die lag centraler. Het uitzicht van het appartement is prachtig. We vonden het appartement niet goed schoon. Vooral de wc. Daarnaast is de slaapbank te smerig voor woorden. Ook het bed sprei en kussens zijn verwassen. Met een kleine investering kan je hier een prachtig plekje maken. Jammer.

prestation très insuffisante
description de la location erronée : pas de télé numérique;
location mal entretenue : nous avons du faire le ménage avant de nous installer : poussière, toile d'araignée, portes sales et poussiéreuses, ouverture porte d'entrée très difficile .... Il semblerait que des travaux avaient été réalisés avant notre arrivée et pas d'entretien ensuite.
Equipement très succinct : cafetière électrique défectueuse (bol inadapté), pas de bols, verres à pieds fendus ...
Dans la salle de bain équipement déplorable : rideau de douche sale, pas de tapis de bain , robinet de lavabo fuit et est mal fixé, peinture cloquée, moustiquaire arrachée sur la fenêtre .... Placard sous l'évier très sale
Dans les chambres lingerie insuffisante : une seule grande couverture, oreillers minables, rangement instable ; 1 seul torchon !
Dommage car très belle situation géographique, accueil très chaleureux dans le village;
rapport qualité/prix : trop cher au vue de la qualité du logement

Confortable location de vacances au rapport qualité/prix très avantageux
Maison de village entretenue, fonctionnelle avec climatisation réversible dans chaque pièce et d’un rapport qualité/prix très avantageux pour le locataire au vu des prix pratiqués dans la région
Surprenante appréciation d’un locataire content de son séjour, ayant dit sa satisfaction à son entrée dans la location propre et parfaitement conforme à la description, avec équipement complet pour 6 personnes et tout appareil en état de marche.
Le joint du robinet du lavabo a été changé. Des journées venteuses sont, sans doute, à l’origine de portes extérieures poussiéreuses. Le dessous d'évier (sans utilisation précise) est en ciment. Le locataire n’avait pas désiré louer le linge et la literie est confortable.
