You have to cross the Etang Salé forest (5km) to reach the largest beach on the island (lagoon and open sea). From the terrace you can see the Indian Ocean when the vegetation is not too high. Large swimming pool (10m / 6m) surrounded by a 70m2 deck.
Barbecue, possibility to take your meals in the garden under the avocado tree or on the terrace more commonly called here: veranda.
The house is located in the heart of a very quiet town, at the bottom of a private dead end.
Shops nearby, possibility of shopping on foot.
It is not a temporary rental house but a residential house with all the necessary equipment and the comfort announced.
From the 6th traveler (baby included), we open the first floor with a bathroom and a bedroom and beyond 8 travelers, we provide an additional bedroom.
N'Golo our discreet cat will be happy to welcome you and will be grateful to you for feeding him daily (food provided).

The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by professionals. The house is fully equipped, it is very pleasant to live in as it is a wooden frame house built in 1996; so there is all the comfort of a modern house.
You will appreciate this residence for the comfort, the height of the ceilings.
The rooms are very spacious (18m2 kitchen, 40m2 living room). The garden is very wooded (letchis, mango, avocado, ylang ylang, patchouli, jasmine, vanilla, hibiscus ...).

The location is ideal for exploring our island 5 minutes from the largest beach in Reunion. We are in the city center near tennis courts and equestrian center. The house is very close to the Etang Salé Forest and its famous 18-hole golf course. AquOatys, the Etang Salé aqua-park is 5 minutes away as well as the Crocpark (crocodile park) We are close to various activities such as diving and the paragliding spot in St Leu, ULM, Tévelave forest, Stella Matutina museum ...
