The villa is divided into first floor and second floor attic and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Private parking with automatic gate for 2 cars. First floor access from the parking by of 10 steps. From the main access, on a terrace with a panoramic view and relax area, you enter the living room. There you will find a large windows overlooking the sea, three chairs, three-seater sofa, reading area with armchair, TV and fireplace (use decorative). The fully equipped kitchen with table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a rustic sink masonry, has an enviable panoramic view. From the kitchen a secondary access door to the laundry area and parking. On the first floor are a spacious master bedroom (large bed 160x190), a double bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a bathroom with shower. A internal staircase leads to the attic with a big bedroom with a large bed (160x190) and a single bed (80x190) , access to the terrace / solarium with views of the coast and the isles of Tirreno Sea, a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.
On the first floor another internal staircase leads to premises serving the owners, uninhabited and separated by a locked door.
The property includes a small back garden of olive and lemon trees and BBQ.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, tv, iron and ironing board (on request and free of charge ), baby accessories (crib, high chair, stroller on request and free of charge ). Possibility of additional beds.

Corsanico is a lovely small town in the hinterland of Versilia, ideal for those who love the tranquility and at the same time want to be close to cities, beaches and clubs. There you can find a shop, newsagent, post office, pharmacy, hairdressers and restaurants. Highly recommended own car.
