House Versilia Luca e Giada, 5 km from the sea!

The house has been completely renovated and newly furnished and tastefully decorated. The Versilia area, Querceta Pozzi, in the province of Lucca, is just 10 minutes from the sea, and only 5 km from Forte dei Marmi! Also the house is located only 5 minutes from Pietrasanta, 15 minutes from Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, 40 minutes from Lucca and Pisa. Cinque Terre is a mere 1 hour by train, and it is just over 1 hour to Florence and 1 hour to the beautiful mountains of Garfagnana!
The house is located a mere 2 km away from the train station. It is just a short walk to the nearby Querceta and Pozzi streets, where there are bus stops, as well as postal services, banks, shops, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias and excellent restaurants. Only 50m from the house lies a popular restaurant named l'Osteria Ristorante A'Pagliai. Nestled in an olive grove, this restaurant offers typical cuisine of Toscany including a variety of meat and fish dishes. They offer a 10% discount to those who rent the house.
The nearby area of Forte dei Marmi is one of the most famous seaside resorts in all of Italy with beautiful and well appointed beaches. The classy and elegant city center of Forte dei Marmi is full of beautiful shops and restaurants that are famous for their delicious seafood- based dishes. The nearby cities of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore are also famous for their beaches and sea side walking paths that offer beautiful views during the day and romantically lit walks in the evening. The promenades also feature excellent restaurants and a wide variety of shops.
The nearby town of Pietrasanta is also very charming, with numerous art galleries, temporary exhibitions and an old town centre full of well cared for sculptures and statues. The centre is a pedestrian zone where many historic buildings can be seen, but it is in the evening that the city really comes to life thanks to the many shops, bars and restaurants that all create an unforgettable atmosphere!
The highway access is a mere 10-minute drive from the house and can connect you to the famous and beautiful cities of Lucca and Pisa (a 40-minute drive),the beautiful city of Florence (a 1-hour drive). Or if you prefer, the train station is also very close and also allows you to reach these cities, as well as the famous Cinque Terre, all just one hour by train!

The house has a kitchen with table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove, cooking pots and pans, and place settings for 5 people. Wi-Fi is available thought the house, and there is LCD flat screen television with cable decoder.
The downstairs room has a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed French-style as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine and dryer.
The main upstairs bedroom features an ottoman single bed, a large bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower. The loft features a double bed with a very romantic with natural wood ceiling.
The rooms have wardrobes and dresser rand are air-conditioned and every room is heated by gas heaters.

The house is newly renovated and the property is very nice and well maintained. Due to the fact that the house lacks a large yard it can be offer more affordable rate then some other vacation homes.
The house is a completely renovated old farmhouse, the original stone walls provide excellent atmosphere and insulation against both the heat and cold. The house is very cozy. We are sure you will love it!

The house is entirely available to guests.
The total rental price for the booking includes the consumption of water, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning, bed linen and towels (body towel, face towel and bidet towel). Time for the availability of the house for the day of arrival, from 16:00 onwards. Time by which to leave the house for the day of departure, 12:00 in the morning.

Smokers and pets are not allowed. In the case of families with small children, more attention is required due to the exposed stairs, built in any case according to the law. More than 5 people are not allowed.

The house was restored completely. Although it has been restored we kept some of the original features in order to preserve it's historic value and in so doing it now has a rustic though modern style. Warm yet bright colors gives the house a romantic feel. At the entrance you will notice the original marble arch, while in the kitchen you can still see the original ceiling constructed in the typical style of the area. We have preserved the original stonework and this can be seen throughout the house. Beautiful views of the Apuane Alps can be seen from the bedroom window. We have given attention to even the smallest detail of our home and it is conveniently located only 10 minutes by car from the beach!
