Pretty house of 46 m2 on 2 levels tastefully decorated in a small residence with 14 apartments. Protected and enclosed space. Small garage to store your bikes or surfboards. Private parking close to the house inside the residence. The street which leads there is a dead end giving on a pedestrian path leading in 3 minutes to the landscaped lake of Pontaillac. At 600m from the beach, in this residential area away from the main traffic lanes, calm is assured. Very comfortable furnishings with 1 living room of 18 m2, 1 sitting area with sofa bed, LCD TV 81 cm, 1 integrated kitchen with 2 induction burners, multi-function oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, bathroom with bath and large shower screen, separate wc, 1 bedroom for 2 people with wardrobe and 32 '' LCD TV. Upstairs, 1 small mezzanine on living room equipped with a bz armchair convertible into an 80 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a 80 cm pull-out bed, and large closet. Bathroom, kitchen and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon arrival.

Parfait pour un court sejour

Nous étions 6, la location n'est pas très grande mais et bien équipée et pour manger et dormir c'est suffisant. La résidence (fermée) se trouve dans une impasse, donc les enfants y sont en sécurité. Seul bémol : les marches pour monter à l'étage sont recouvertes de moquette et surtout très étroites, ce qui augmente les risques de chutes.

Je ne vois vraiment pas quels sont les fils électriques qui traînent . On est bien obligé de relier les appareils électriques aux prises de courant. Il y a un placard dans chaque chambre pour le rangement du linge et 6 placards dans la cuisine. La description précise que la partie haute est réservée aux enfants mais vous avez tenu à y faire monter une personne qui présentait des difficultés de mobilité alors que la chambre du bas est équipée d'un lit double et que vous étiez en couple. Vous avez choisi cette maison en toute connaissance après en avoir lu le descriptif détaillé et en avoir vu les photos.
