This house of character, from 1928, is bright, very pleasant and has a garden suitable for children.
The house measures 120 m2. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor (with a double bed and two single beds) and one is upstairs (with a double bed). I also have a baby bed. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two people as well. Behind the house is a garden where you will find scooters, skates ... There is also a swing, a trapeze, a table football, a punching ball and a barbecue. In summer, a swimming pool 3.5 meters in diameter is installed for children.
You will have access to the garden of course, and to all the living rooms of the ground floor and the floor. Parking for two or three cars in the yard of the house.

Rental for a minimum of two days or weekly.

My house is particularly suitable for a family, having three children myself. It can also please a group of friends or even two families.
Local shops in the village center five minutes walk. Large public park in front.
The district of Montolivet (12th arrondissement), located on a hill, is famous in Marseille because it is residential and has a beautiful view of the sea. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, which enjoys a preserved natural setting, well connected to highways, motorways and public transport. The bus is 10 meters from the house, it connects Montolivet to the district of Cinq-Avenues in 15 minutes where are the tram and the metro. It is also possible to travel in town by car, especially to go to the seaside or to go to MUCEM (parking).
