This space offers a unique experience: a peaceful retreat just steps away from the city’s vibrant energy.
Our apartment opens onto a private courtyard, a rare find in this district, where you can enjoy a moment of absolute calm. Although it doesn’t offer a view, this intimate outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in total serenity.
The building is ideally located right across from the Vieux-Port. As soon as you step outside, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the sea and boats, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of downtown Marseille.
Inside, you’ll find:
2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
A separate WC in the hallway.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, quality tableware, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
A cozy living room featuring a large TV, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and a dining area.
A private courtyard with a dining table, chairs, and an electric barbecue.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Wi-Fi included in the price.
Bed linen and towels provided (bath towels, bath mat, dish towels, and sheets).
Upon arrival, a starter kit will be available (not replenished):
Laundry detergent and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Soundproofing and refreshing renovations were completed in mid-October 2025 to enhance the apartment’s comfort and tranquility.
We are available 7 days a week via messaging, phone, or SMS.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to the apartment guide, where you can also select flexible check-in and check-out times (with additional fees).
Thanks to our self check-in system, you can arrive at any time that suits you, with full independence — but we are always nearby if you need assistance.
