Our apartment opens onto a private courtyard, a rare find in this district, where you can enjoy a moment of absolute calm. Although it doesn’t offer a view, this intimate outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in total serenity.

The building is ideally located right across from the Vieux-Port. As soon as you step outside, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the sea and boats, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of downtown Marseille.

Inside, you’ll find:

2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



A separate WC in the hallway.



A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, quality tableware, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.



A cozy living room featuring a large TV, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and a dining area.



A private courtyard with a dining table, chairs, and an electric barbecue.

Upon arrival, a starter kit will be available (not replenished):

Soundproofing and refreshing renovations were completed in mid-October 2025 to enhance the apartment’s comfort and tranquility.

We are available 7 days a week via messaging, phone, or SMS.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to the apartment guide, where you can also select flexible check-in and check-out times (with additional fees).

Thanks to our self check-in system, you can arrive at any time that suits you, with full independence — but we are always nearby if you need assistance.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and secured with two doors.

Metro: The “Vieux-Port” station (Line 1) is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to key areas such as Saint-Charles train station and La Timone district.



Bus: Several bus lines serve the area, including lines 49 and 60, with stops close to the Old Port — convenient for reaching other parts of the city.



Tram: The T2 tram line from “Vieux-Port” connects you directly to other destinations such as the Palais des Congrès and Porte d’Aix.



Taxis & Ride-shares: Taxi stands and ride-share options are readily available around the Old Port for comfortable, direct trips.



The Old Port is also an excellent starting point for visiting nearby attractions such as Le Panier, Fort Saint-Nicolas, and the Calanques of Marseille.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
