We live in a typically Parisian late 19th century building. Our apartment is located in the 11th district between Bastille and République. It is the true heart of Paris!
The apartment on the 5th floor is large (115 m2), quiet, and bright. It has parquet floors in all rooms, moldings and two fireplaces. The balcony distributes all the rooms and offers a clear view.
A stone's throw away, the lively districts of Oberkampf and Belleville, and the world-famous Père Lachaise cemetery.
All shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, wine shop)
Self-service metro, bicycle and electric scooter at the foot of the building. 2 minutes from the Atelier des Lumières. 15 minutes by metro from the Beaubourg Museum of Modern Art and less than 20 minutes from the Louvre Museum.
