Exceptional place and location!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. The accommodation's and location were perfect for what we were looking for. Very safe area and close to everything you need within 1-2 blocks and within walking distance to most of the popular venues we wanted to visit. Our host was very communicative with rapid response and quick to help with any questions or requests we had. Would highly recommend!

Family Paris trip

Great neighborhood and fabulous quiet apartment! The perfect amount of space for our family of 4 (including two teenage girls). The a/c in the bedrooms was great and much needed even in June. We all slept great.

Amazing location!

Cecile was amazing to work with and paid attention to every last detail. Booking was easy, the driver waiting for us on the train platform was a bonus with all of our luggage! It was a short ride to the apartment, which was located in the beautiful Marais district. The apartment was very well appointed, very clean, and fabulous location. It was an easy walk to the market, bakery, metro, and wonderful restaurants very close, not to mention, great shopping! We will definitely book again and recommend to all of our friends!

This is a perfect property and the only thing I would change is the location of the bathroom. Having had knee surgery 7 weeks ago it was a long way from the bedroom with a few stairs and the floor creaked so it woke my partner up. Otherwise, you could not want for anything as this was so well appointed and supplied. Lovely!

PERFECT Vacation Apartment in Paris!

We recently stayed in this listing for 4 nights on our vacation to Paris (November 2023). The apartment was PERFECT for our family of four. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was incredibly comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. The owner has thought of everything, to include a book of helpful information and suggestions for the guests. The location and neighborhood were awesome. In fact, our private tour guide and our driver (both of whom are French) commented on how great the neighborhood was. Tons of great shops, cafes, bistros, etc. I cannot recommend this listing enough. Worth every penny! Thank you for a FABULOUS experience in Paris. Can't wait to go back and stay here again! PS - take advantage of the owner's driver if you can. He is GREAT!

Lovely flat, terrific location

We have a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Cecile arranged for Philippe to pick us up from the train station, and he not only drove us to the flat but also checked us in. As a family of 4, it was really great to have 2 bedrooms _and_ 2 bathrooms (although there was only 1 toilet that was separate from the sinks and showers, which took a little getting used to). Also, my kids (teenagers) said the 2 twin beds were a little narrow, so that might be something to keep in mind. But we really valued having the living area, as we would gather there after dinner to hang out and binge-watch Stranger Things. I loved getting pastries in the morning for a patisserie around the block, and we got sweet treats every night after dinner (ice cream from Pozetto or popsicles from La Paleteria). Excellent restaurants everywhere, and so many nice boutiques and clothing shops in walking distance. We did have a few hiccups, with some unexpected plumbing work that had to be done during our stay followed by a leak the next day. But Cecile was extremely on top of it, and she worked closely with me to arrange for someone to come address it immediately. These things happen, and I thought she did a great job of making sure we were ok while also taking care of the problems in the flat. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want to feel like you're really living in Paris!

Perfect stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this apartment. It was clean and spacious, and a great location for fun and dining. It was quiet and the neighbors were gracious. We used the driver she recommended and he was fabulous as well. Cecile even helped us book a dinner reservation when we couldn't get through to the restaurant from the US. Thank you!!

Charming flat in great location

This two bedroom charming flat has everything needed for a great stay in Paris. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the space was wonderful. Apartment is clean and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Grocery, shops and restaurants are all very walkable, right out the door. Apartment is quiet. We would definitely return!

Great place, Awesome neighborhood.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and offers everything you need. It’s best feature is its location - spectacular spot in the middle of the Marais. We loved our time there and would return. We highly recommend that you use Phillipe to drive you to and from the airport. You book through the host. He was absolutely excellent!!

Ideal location for exploring Paris!

Our family of four with two teens stayed at this location for a week. It was ideal for us as it was such a short walk to the Saint Paul station, making getting to the airport or Disneyland or anything in between just a few train stops away. The apartment itself is quiet and comfortable . We had plenty of room to spread out after a long day in the city. We made use of the fridge for drinks and snacks when we weren’t eating out. There are two showers so it was easy for the kids to share one and the grownups take the other. There are plenty of stairs up to the apartment so keep that in mind. There is a single person elevator in the building, so use the stairs if you don’t want to wait. Because this is a real building with real tenants, consider you have neighbors above and below you. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and did our part to add to that. Cecile was very easy to reach and answered a question I had about the dishwasher. She sincerely encouraged us to reach out to her with anything and she was lovely when we needed these small details. If we are lucky enough to return to Paris I don’t see how we can do better than this apartment from Cecile!

Spacious apartment falloff Parisian charm

This apartment is very well located on a quiet street in the Marais. This is our favorite area to stay for the shops and restaurants. This apartment has all the comfort we needed and all the amenities including the nespresso coffee machine! Cecile was amazing to work with. She even arranged transportation for us from the train station and the airport. We even followed her bistro recommendations and were very happy that we did. We will be back. Perfect place for our family of 4.

Le Marais is my favorite part of Paris. I've always loved hanging on in the charming streets of this area, and feel like if I was in a cute little village. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and cafés, trendy shops and art galleries, open markets, and above all, it's so close to everything that you want to see or visit when you're in Paris. I believe location is the most important when you choose a vacation rental, and you won't be disappointed!

This apartment is one of the very few legal short term furnished apartment in Paris. It's also one of the very 4 star rated furnished apartment.
It is located in one of the most beautiful building if the street. It is very quiet, spacious and bright. I like the ancient wooden floor and the fireplace. When I renovated this apartment, I took extra care to keep the charm of this typical Parisian apartment. Anti bed bug mattress protector on each mattress.
