About this property

Pool Villa Near Beach

New contemporary villa of 180m2 high-end decoration can accommodate up to 8 people for a stay with family or friends.

You can enjoy a choice of the joys of swimming in the sea, the beach being only 600 meters away, or the swimming pool heated to 28 degrees from May to September.

For your comfort the 7m / 3.5m swimming pool and the 2m / 3.5m paddling pool for children heated which will allow you to swim even in mid season.

Terrace in front of the swimming pool equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs and covered terrace with its large table for 8 people and its plancha for good grills.

The fully air-conditioned villa has:

On the ground floor,
A large living area, a spacious and bright living room with 2m 4K LED TV with box and wifi included in the rental, living room fully equipped kitchen with central island.
Facing south with bay windows of 5 meters opening overlooking the swimming pool.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer available.
An independent toilet.

A master suite, 180 cm bed, 102 cm LED TV, a large fitted dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

Upstairs,
One bedroom, 160 bed, 140cm LED TV, bathroom with freestanding bathtub and basin.
Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, bathroom with shower and basin.
An independent toilet.

Bed linen is included in the rental with beds made on arrival and towels included.

The land is fully enclosed and secure, no neighbors, possibility to park up to 6 cars.

You have 800 meters from the villa a small food that will allow you to buy your bread and pastries.

If you prefer to stay in the sand you will find a beach restaurant not far from the Villa.

At about 2 kms you have at your disposal a whole shopping center (supermarkets, supermarkets ...).

You will appreciate the place of installation of the Villa and you will be able to discover Agde and its different sites, its houses and alleys in the heart of the city, its cathedral in gray volcanic stone, its jousting tournaments, the return of trawlers, nautical leisure, thalassotherapy, visit the museum of Agde and see the Ephebe, stroll on the quays of the port of Cap d'Agde, stroll in the tamarisk areas, discover the different beaches and in particular the Great Conch with its rocks of 2 brothers...

You can also gravitate around the Villa to discover the hinterland, Pezenas and its flea markets, visit Sète and its canals, stroll around the Etang de Thau while tasting seafood ...

In July and August we give priority to stays of at least one week from Saturday to Saturday.

A superb holiday

We were two families with 3 children under-10 years old. The property was beautifully presented and immaculate on our arrival. We were greeted by the hosts and guided through everything we needed to know about the property. It is situated approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach, which has a small number of very good beach bars and restaurants - thoroughly recommend Les Vagues! Unfortunately we had no internet for the duration of the stay, due to an area-wide network problem. We really enjoyed our stay and were really impressed with the villa and the location - we would recommend this to friends and family.

Agde Villa

This is a lovely property fitted out to a very high standard. As well as the pool, there are many areas to relax, a table tennis table, numerous games and pool toys for the kids. There are amenities in very close proximity - including a Hypermarket. The nearest beach was too crowded and fed by multiple camp sites but close by there is the Rochelongue Beach and the aqua park, jet skis hire etc - this is where we spent our beach time. Elodie was a great host and made everything very easy at check in and check out. We would definitely come again.

Villa des Dunes à Agde

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Nice amenities for families with kids: pool, table tennis, baby foot, gazebo… the kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the bedrooms (we didn’t use it on the main floor). The wifi was a little weak. The location of the villa was not great but very close to the highway and supermarkets, and the beach and bakery were only a short walk away… Bruno and Elodie were nice and very responsive. We definitely recommend this place!

Tolles neues Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist fast neu und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit Bad und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktioniet im ganzen Haus. Alles war ordentlich und sehr sauber. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude mit der Tischtennisplatte, dem Tischkicker und natürlich im Pool. Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und eine großzügig überdachte Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind nett und haben immer sofort geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Um das Haus ist genügend Platz um Autos und Fahrräder abzustellen. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 6 min am Strand. Am Strand gibt es ein tolles Strandrestaurant, ansonsten ist der Strandabschnitt sehr schön aber eher ruhig. Was für uns perfekt war. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cap d’Agde.

Si c'était à refaire nous prendrions une location en été car nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la magnifique piscine avec sa terrasse. Très bon séjour malgré tout.
