With oodles of charm and personality this listed building, make from pink granite has a view over the central courtyard, with a vine growning up the front and a terrace with BBQ to the rear of the property.

The property is on a complex of 10 units, a mixture of gites and cabins and has a heated and covered swimming pool, soft play area, bar, terrace and off site parking. The complex has 5 stars on TripAdvisor and has regularly been awarded the Certificate of Excellence.

Le charme et la tranquillité de la campagne à deux pas de la côte !

Ce sont de très jolis gîtes dans un cadre parfait pour les petits et pour les grands ! Beaucoup de services et les propriétaires sont très gentils !

Lesley, Simon with at the time a 2 year old Sam and pregnant with Evie, decided to ditch the rat race in London and move lock stock and barrel to France to follow their dreams. They found the amazing dis-used farm called La Touche, which is made up of beautiful pink granite buildings that were once stables, a large barn, a bread oven, the infirmary for the sick animals and the hay store. These have since been lovingly converted into 7 gites and a bar and in 2016 the luxury clamping lodges were added. Lesley and simon have tried to think of everything to make for a happy family holiday including a soft play for the little ones and a heated and covered pool and toddlers pool.

Why they chose this property

Lesley and Simon purchased La Touche because of its location. It is an idyllic countryside location, quiet with amazing views but close to lots and major attractions including the beaches of the Emerald Coast, all within 20 minutes and St Malo, Dinan and Mont St Michel.

What makes this property unique

Safe, super friendly and very family orientated. Lesley and Simon have tried to create the perfect family holiday for people with little children whilst not forgetting the adults - there is an onsite bar and also food options available.
